  1. There's a new zombie comedy flick going direct-to-video called "Hide & Creep" that is actually pretty good. Some jokes fall flat, and they reinvent the zombie formula a bit, but quite a bit of it is entertaining. "The Wickeds" came out a few weeks ago as well. It's a weird low budget movie that rips a lot off of "Night of the Living Dead." And Ron Jeremy stars in the film, so that makes it better. Interestingly enough, the same company is releasing a film by the name of "Creepies" in a month and a half. It's "Return of the Living Dead" with spiders instead of zombies, as they rip off almost the entire movie, including the ending.
  2. Navarre, by the way, is a legit company. They're apparently behind a lot of the anime that makes it stores, the Takedown Masters DVDs (which includes ROH and Wrestling Vixens), and other genres.

  4. No matter what you think of the remake's shortcomings, you have to admit that the first ten minutes are fucking AWESOME.
  5. Right here in this very thread. You bastards.
  6. More good stuff, although too short of an entry.
  7. The Diva searches last time were not always great in the ratings. But you know what this segment had? VISCERA. Never ever get rid of Big Vis.
  8. One of the best episodes of the season. It's hard to beat the HindenPeter, and I don't think any episode will for a while.
  9. Great movie; a 7.5 out of 10 or so. One of the things I loved about the movie was that, at least for me, it was very unsettling at points. We're never given a reason to hate the rich people. Hopper, yes. But the regular rich people in the mall are just common rich citizens who we never see spit on the poor and what not. Hopper was fucking gold too.
  10. And she's not in it.
  11. Too bad about Land of the Dead. It didn't do bad, but the Dawn of the Dead remake did something like 25 million its first weekend.
  12. I still remember when Jasmin St. Claire used to whore out the fact that she was set to be in Big Momma's House 2. So much for that.
  13. It worked fine for me. No idea why TNA felt the need to go with a new software. It's not like it's a good quality broadcast.
  14. Fun episode. Hell of a lot better than anything any hour of Raw in the past year.
  15. Years later, with the kids away at college, Daniel Hillard is interested in a new position as a nanny. Unfortunately, with parents not wanting a 50 year old single man in charge of their kids, he doesn't have luck finding a job. So naturally, out comes the Doubtfire clothes. Either that, or he gets a job as Hillard, and a misunderstanding leads to him being fired. The kids don't want him gone, but the evil parents do. Presto chango, he's got himself a new identity and a new opportunity for the job. People who get pissed off about sequels half-retarded. Just don't watch them. Maybe I'm just saying this because I only watch six new Hollywood films a year or so, which means my movie mind is in a different place, but it's not THAT big of a deal.
  16. I loved all the shows until Destiny, as Corey said. I was on here discussing those first shows if I remember correctly.
  17. That was a fantastic review from Ebert.
  18. Most of these are ridiculously distant in my mind but Whipwreck vs. Kidman is just an average ** 1/2 match.
  19. If you can't get them by hitting the audio button on your remote (during the actual matches), they're not there.
  20. Xplosion is still going, although simply as a recap show. And they wouldn't do Impact tapings if it was simply for the Internet. They're doing them because they do have international markets for Impact.
  21. Stevie and Meanie superkicking Santa Clause. I was hooked for years after that.
  22. Bischoff's doing fine, particuarly because the writers will make him a major character for a month, and then knock him down to a simple backstage role for the next two.
  23. Fucking terrible shit. I watched two episodes a while back and besides for one play-on-words redneck joke, everything sucked.
