The crowd was hot for everything and this was a fun show. I got to see one of Dean's last matches. I remember people like Jericho were ungodly over. The bits with Austin and Angle were gold. The crowd was getting restless at one point so they brought Paul Heyman out and he cut this awesome pro-WWF, anti-WCW promo. Ironic considering what happened two weeks later. Workrate wise this wasn't great but the crowd was nuclear for everything. Triple H got this INSANE pop- the building was shaking. Low Ki v. Christian was really good. Regal also returned at this show laying out Edge much to the happiness of everyone in my section. The What? Stuff was at its peak here. Got to see Brock v. Orton years before it would mean anything. Austin v. Angle was awesome as was getting to hear Rock cut a promo for the first time. Regal cut one of my favourite Regal promos ever at this show. Bradshaw gave me and my friend a dirty look for calling him gay the whole match. We sat near all these Hispanics during Eddy v. RVD so we were all going crazy for Eddy and chanting these things in Spanish. The ladder match was insane- better then the RAW one. Both guys busted ass and did tons of sick spots. The crowd applauded each one instead of chanting holy shit. BookDust v. nWo was a fun match- there was this big black guy in the crowd named 'Bigga' and him and Big Show kept arguing back and forth. Funny stuff. Hulk Hogan pulled down his pants. Cena's first show as a heel, got to see Heyman do a big blade job. Los Guerreros v. God's Team was awesome as expected. Eddy cut this hilarious promo to Benoit- begging him to trust him. Seeing Regal fight Goldust was the best birthday present ever. Seeing HBK win the title was the worst birthday present ever. This show was all about The Rock as he cut his hilarious heel turn promo where he coined the phrase mothercanuckers and then had a segment with Hurricane Helms. After the show he did some stuff with Booker and then kept making fun of people. By the end of the show he recieved a standing ovation. Seeing Goldberg live was cool. Kane unmasking confused the hell out of everyone since a lot of people thought he was the Undertaker. Spanky v. Xavier was awesome. This is the only show where Piper and Hogan both jobbed on the same show- and it's their last ever WWE matches as well. The main event was an abortion. Show was eh- tickets were only $20 though. The main event is the greatest match I've ever seen live and the most emotionally involved I've ever been in a match. Pretty eh show- The last 10 minutes of Orton v. Edge was great stuff. And I got to see HHH job again! The crowd was hot for everything so this was such a fun show.

Going against one of the top shows in the country isn't really going to help- especially since both shows have loyal followings. They'll either ignore American Dad to watch Desperate Housewives or will just turn it off and not watch Arrested Development. The only way I could ever see Arrested Development remotely succeeding is if they put it on after AI and even then I could see the audience dropping. I think if people were really going to watch Arrested Development they would've stayed after the Simpsons.

Arrested Development would tank even worse if it was Sunday 9:30. It would have a horrible lead-in and get destroyed by Desperate Housewives and Cold Case

The ratings aren't even that decent. Occasionally it ends up in the losers column of Media Week's daily briefing. I'll be upset if they cancel the show but FOX has done everything they could- no one watches it. After a while they have to get rid of it

At ROH Final Battle, Homicide and Smokes kept yelling at me and telling me to go fuck myself since I was wearing my Red Sox hat. Then, Smokes got down to earth and we talked baseball. Colt Cabana is hilarious in and out of the ring. Marcos once asked me to call Dunn on my cell phone. I marked out. The ROH guys are awesome.

I've become addicted to RAW 2 on my friend's X-Box. We only just do Royal Rumbles and we somehow spent 3-4 hours straight doing them. Is there a way to eliminate people other then throwing them into the corner or against the ropes? And anyone know how to counter it when someone grapples you, chops you hard and then sends you into the ropes? Oh and LOW2 was the most unintentionally hilarious game ever. Me and my friends developed so many in jokes from that game

One RAW during the Invasion, X-Pac was fighting Kidman and he was trying so hard to work face and get the crowd on his side- and they just kept booing him and cheering Kidman. It was hilarious

And weren't The Rock and Patterson very close? (Not in that way) That certainly couldn't have set well with The Rock

I can't believe they would be stupid enough to let The Rock walk away all because they wanted him to job to Bradshaw. I really miss The Rock and I hope they can work this out soon

CBright saying Antz was a rip-off of A Bug's Life when Antz came out BEFORE A Bug's Life cracked me up in that thread

They made money via The Rock going to Hollywood because Vince gets a producer credit on his movies. Plus having one of their wrestlers go on to be a big movie star makes them look good.

What would Rock be trying to negotiate exactly? He has enough money and doesn't need them and they don't really think they need him at the moment.

I see what you're saying Ripper but Lawyer Milloy would seem to be very well off if he played for the Pats or the Bills. By playing for the Bills, he can be more wealthy. If I was in the position where I would be well off no matter where I played, I would try and play for a team that had the best chance at winning a title

If I had the chance to win more titles and play on an elite team I would take the elite team over the team offering more money no questions asked
