Will Lesnar/Goldberg even happen at Wrestlemania?
1234-5678 replied to JN News's topic in The WWE Folder
The real question is, would Lesnar-Goldberg draw? Many of my friends who stopped watching wrestling probably don't even know who Brock Lesnar is. The money is in Austin-Goldberg, and Vince should know that. If Steve can wrestle, there is no way he is going to turn down that payday. Not with two divorces. -

A lot of the last album was country influenced. Download "What I Learned Out On The Road", that's probably the best of his third offering on a major label. The rap/rock style shit he tried like "Cocky" and "Forever" were terrible. I still think the "Devil Without A Cause" album was genius and perfect for it's time. I don't see how anyone can deny "Only God Knows Why. More recommendations: (from The History Of Rock) "My Oedipus Complex" "Aboriton" "Dark And Grey" "Prodigal Son"

"But she's got glasses and a ponytail. Aw, look, she's got paint on her overalls, what is that all about?"

HEY FARVA? What's the name of that restraunt you like with all of the crap on the wall? Shenanigans?

No...no she doesn't. She's the WORST poster in the video game forum. Jesus......I'm not the only one that notices it either. AndrewTS is always up on her case about being a total bitch to. Either way, she's apparently gone.

Eh, let it go. Who cares really? Does this person contribute good conversation normally?

It's......flaming without crossing the line. You just crossed the line. It's still kind of a pansy line though. Unless he has your voodoo doll, wishing you death won't affect you in the least. Unless you're some sort of Momma's boy.
-
Yeah the whole wishing death thing was just covered a few days ago.

Jake and Raven are the two guys who I always make sure to listen to or read a recap of their interviews. Utterly fantastic every time. Does anyone else remember when Jake HATED Jericho? Hilarious stuff.

I don't know........even an abortion can have some sort of redeeming values.

Yeah but Stevie is the man, and has been since ECW. And who in the hell is the Heindenrich cat? Until tonight I had never heard of him or seen him. I thought he was one of the Tough Enough kids.

Ouch. That one may have stung a teensy bit.

from CNN.com NEW YORK (AP) -- ABC News correspondent Elizabeth Vargas concedes her network is stepping into a theological minefield with its one-hour exploration of whether Jesus Christ had a wife. The ABC News special, "Jesus, Mary and Da Vinci," is scheduled to air Monday at 8 p.m. ET. "You can't talk about this subject without intriguing people or offending people," Vargas said Thursday. "We're trying to do it as respectfully as we can." ABC screened the special for some reporters and religious leaders on Thursday. The program is based on the best-selling novel, "The Da Vinci Code," which claims to be partly grounded on historical fact. The book asserts that Mary Magdalene was Jesus' wife -- not a prostitute, as in some teachings -- and that she fled Jerusalem with his child following his crucifixion. The story was kept alive for centuries by a secret society that included the painter Leonardo da Vinci, who supposedly inserted clues about it in his art, the book claimed. The ABC special outlines the theories and speaks to several theologians who either discount the story or assert that it is possible. The show unravels like a mystery perpetuated by secondhand gossip. Vargas said ABC found no proof that Jesus had a wife, but couldn't completely discount it, either. Vargas, who was raised a Roman Catholic, said her own parents said to her, "Oh, my goodness, what are you doing?" when they found out she was working on the story. She said she was never aware of the power struggles and political intrigue that went into how her faith is taught today. "For me, it's made religion more real and, ironically, much more interesting -- which is what we're hoping to do for our viewers," she said. It drew some immediate criticism, particularly from a representative of the Catholic League, who said ABC News relied too heavily on the opinion of Father Richard McBrien of Notre Dame, who believes Mary Magdalene's importance has been historically understated and that it's possible she was his wife. "I think it was not sufficiently balanced," said Joseph DeFeo, policy analyst for the Catholic League. "The majority of the people who spoke believed in either the plausibility or the outright truth of (book author) Dan Brown's claims. The facts themselves scream out that this is a crackpot theory." The show even drew criticism from Nikki Stephanopoulos, mother of ABC News correspondent George and the communications director for the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America. She the special might offend people who believe that women have a more prominent role in the church.

It's relatively easy not to get caught. Just don't draw attention to yourself. This does not mean driving around smoking weed right in front of cops and leaving open beer cans all over the car btw. At 22 I have been arrested zero times and cited once, and that's cause a house party was busted which is hardly my fault. It was because other people didn't know how to get fucked up and not shout or go out front and piss in the street.

I'd go see em just because concerts are fun.

He's got a point though. I have never tasted cologne myself, but I know that Gin tastes like it. That being said, Gin and Tonics are my 3rd favorite mixed drink following Vodka and Cranberry, and Whiskey and Cokes (preferably Irish Whiskey.)

Just remember as bad as life gets it can always get worse. There is no rock bottom. Shit, I was trying to make you feel better. Ooops. On a serious note, lighten the fuck up. You're young, have fun. And at least you're not some starving kid in Africa, you've got a home, food, and clothing on your back. Just don't have open beers in a car ever again, and you should be fine.

I figured laws would be more strict in the post 9/11 world.

I sent something the other day, only to realize I forgot to put a return address on it. Will it still be sent?

I think it would be a shame for Benoit to retire without ever having held the WWE title.
