Oh trust me, some of us darkies fucking love the Red Wings in Detroit. You see a decent number of black and latino fans and supporters of the Wings around. While Detroit is Hockeytown, I have never seen a city go more insane for a team than when the Tigers made their World Series run. I will say this, if the Lions could ever put together a winner I think Detroit would explode with joy. They really are like the prodigal son of Detroit sports. Gotta say it's the Red Wings, Hocketown after all. Tigers come in second. Michigan football has taken a big hit the last couple seasons, with the fire Lloyd Carr era and this new team...it's going to be a while before most people care again The Lions are getting serious hate these days, and until they can pull of 8-8 I don't see it getting much better. Every year fans get up thinking this season will be different, and it never is. I'll root for the Shock over the Lions right now...and I hate the WNBA. Things need to change on that team

awesome awesome. I'm glad Showtime has this, they're TV has surpassed HBO these last couple years. I can't make myself care for the Deb storyline. It's pretty much been the same thing since episode 1. Little asian girls "Hey, tell us about Quinn." And Deb just goes "I'm not a rat." Don't care for it now, don't care how it ends. Don't know what to think about Dexter's new friendship. Seems to take up a ton of the show now, I understand that it's going to get in the way of Dexter's hunting, I just hope the payoff is good

Exactly I am not going to crap on someone getting paid. But Kimbo getting $500k for a fight is insane. Arlovski getting $500k and Ben Freaking Rothwell getting $250 for his last fight is nuts. I like the fact that these guys are getting paydays. But do you think the UFC had much interest in a guy like Rothwell in the first place? Might he make $30k for a fight there based on his name? Was Andre getting around $70-$100k? These companies are overshooting more than they need to and it's going to bury any other upstart
