Is it just me, or does ESPN cover the NHL now more than ever? They are going on and on about how the strike is such an awful thing, and this great sport is going under. Uh, hello? If I saw 3 hockey highlights on a 90 minute SportsCenter last year, I was surprized. The other day I woke up to that abysmal Cold Pizza show, and they had 3 different segments about the hockey strike. It wouldn't bother me as much as it does, if they had shown that they cared about it back when it was actually being played.
Oh, and I also saw the exact same Kobe interview on the three major ESPN Networks last night, all at the same time. I'm at the end of my rope with them. Who cares if Malone hit on his wife? Is it that big of a deal?
