  1. That isn't 52 days, it's 22.
  2. Carl Pavano not mimicking Javier Vazquez and Jeff Weaver

  4. Awesome. I've been dying to see Senses Fail, and I'm extra pumped since on the first list I saw they weren't on it. Who else is gonna be there in Englishtown NJ ?

  7. I remember the gleam of hope I had during XXXV when the G-Men came within 17-7 on a return, only to have Baltimore return the next kick off and pretty much end the game right there.
  8. Because he's 99 overall in Madden, duh.
  9. And the Super Bowl is at a neutral site. This year it's in Jacksonville, and the Jacksonville Jaguars are not in the playoffs at all, so they won't be playing there. I'm not sure if a team has ever gotten to the Super Bowl in their home stadium, but I'm pretty sure it has never happened. Here's how the playoffs look this year... NFC Seedings 1. Philadelphia Eagles (NFC East Champion, 1st round bye, homefield throughout NFC playoff rounds) 2. Atlanta Falcons (NFC South Champion, first round bye, homefield against all except Philly...and so forth down the line) 3. Green Bay Packers (NFC North Champion, first round home game) 4. Seattle Seahawks (NFC West Champion, first round home game) 5. Minnesota Vikings (Wild Card; Second place NFC North, first round @ GB) 6. St. Louis Rams (Wild card; Second place NFC West, first round @ Seattle) AFC Seedings (Same stuff as above) 1. Pittsburgh Steelers (AFC North Champ) 2. New England Patriots (AFC East Champ 3. Indianapolis Colts (AFC South Champ) 4. San Diego Chargers (AFC West Champ) 5. New York Jets (AFC East 2nd place, WC) 6. Denver Broncos (AFC West 2nd place, WC) The two wild cards are given to the two best record holding teams not in first place. Any other questions you may have, I'd be glad to answer.
  10. The Giants have a shot to go 8-8 with that schedule. (I also gave them the same shot this year, but hey.)
  11. We have the same last name, wonder if we're related.
  12. Big Blue needs offensive line (Although rumor has them taking a stab at Walter Jones or Orlando Pace this offseason), a speed reciever, probably a reliable safety, and whatever other sleeper than can get their hands on.
  13. Auburn is in Alabama
  14. It's East Rutherford, actually, not Seacaucus
  15. The rotation is Orange, Rose, Feista, Sugar. Side note: I'm very happy I didn't stay home to watch the game like I had originally planned to. When me and a couple of friends came back to my house to chill for a while, I flipped to 7 to see if the game was winding down, or over, and boy was it ever. 0:30 left in the game and I couldn't believe the scoreboard. Oklahoma sure does know how to choke away the big ones, don't they?
  16. 24: 1-3 Seinfeld: 1-3 ALF: 1 Clerks: 1 & Only
  17. Why was Rock's reign after winning the I Quit match only a day long (techinically)? It should have been so much longer after such a match. I always thought him and Foley traded it too many times for it to mean anything.
  18. I went to the American Idiot Tour, I'm surprized it didn't crack that top 25.
  19. Metallica is pretty ugly, as is Limp Bizkit, Staind, and Green Day.
  20. I thought it was only a one-epidsode thing, but I could be wrong. Hey, speaking of awful Fox reality shows, did the abysmal Rebel Billionaire make it past the first episode? I haven't seen a single commercial for it since.
  21. When I was 10, fourth grade I think, kids were talking in school about it, but I didn't want to believe it, so I drowned them out. Until Christmas eve, when I couldn't sleep, and went to sneek a peak at the tree and saw....my parents laying presents underneath. I cried. Just this year was when we all were accepting that my parents leave the presents under the tree, but nobody still said anything about it and we just kept saying "Santa" but holding back smiles and stuff. I don't know how long my younger brother has known, but this is the first year he was open about it, so since he's the youngest, it's all done now, but we still kept up the tradition like nothing was different.
  22. One of the coolest Christmas moments ever was two years ago at my uncle's Central Park West apartment, looking out into the park at the falling snow (It must have been at least a foot to a foot and a half that day)
  23. GTA: San Andreas, Spider-Man 2, GoldenEye: Rouge Agent, a new memory card, and the DVD remote, all for PS2
  24. I enjoy college football, but not nearly as much as the NFL. I find that while college does have tons of intense, close, last second games (which a lot of times end better than NFL ones) the majority are complete blow-outs and are somewhat un-interesting. Also, pretty much the entire bowl season outside the four BCS games are pretty un-appealing to me, whereas I will watch every NFL regular season and playoff game that I possibly can, but often times on a Saturday I'll find something like a power-house taking on a cellar-dweller, and it's a 3+ hour blowout. There is tons of fun in college ball, but it's too spread out, which is where the nearly 120 I-A schools kill it, since there is rarely more than one or two marquee matchups per weekend, and not always one that catches my interest anyway.
