Yay! I got one right! Be Cool hardly tanked, but with all the promotion it got, it should have easily been #1 over the Pacifier, which, aside from the Super Bowl commercial, I only saw one other promo for it.

I live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, about 20 minutes from Salisbury. I call it the middle of nowhere because theres really nothing between Salisbury and Ocean City/Berlin.

I hate..hate..hate..hate..fast food drive thrus so in the rare cases where I eat at one, I go in unless its late. I dont have to worry about delivery/pickup because no one delivers out where I live. I cant even do the "meet you halfway" deal anymore with Domino's even though it was relatively stupid to drive halfway and still have to give the person a tip.

Hops and sometimes the yeast they use give beer its flavor. I saw that Budweiser stuff with caffeine and guarrana in it...uh..I dont get it. I bought a ton of crap today, most notably Tietam Brown (Foley's novel) off the bookstore clearance rack for $3, a Memory Card1 1019, a box of 100 vitamins, 2 boxes of sleeping pills and a Hershey's Take 5 (crap, even for $.24 at wal mart). I was mulling over (shouldnt have been that hard of a decision) on picking up the Scarface box set at Amazon for $23, but I would need to add something for $2 to get free shipping and in the process it sold out.

I remember N64 games going for $54-64 at Toys R Us back when N64 came out. I already never pay full price for games as it is (find games on sale, like Circuit City's $5 Bonanzas or online places that sell games cheaply..). The last game I paid full price for was Wind Waker, and that was because I wanted the bonus disc, but I ended up working a deal on it to where I got a waverbird in the same order for $10.

I Work in a rehab hospital which is a catchy term for "Old folks that cant move, eat, dress, or do anything for themselves anymore trying, in vain, to figure out how to do that stuff for themselves again but pretty much failing." Hell. we had 2 (OOH just 2) people die there the other week. Some Rehab that is.

Having burnt 2 of my fingers today using the fryer at work, I dont find that funny.

Well.. people certainly dont seem to have a a problem with all the currency in America.. "In God we Trust" written right on the front of just about all current US Currency. Actually..just like everything else..theres an online petition: Remove "In God We Trust" And Im waiting for when the people who've been stamping $1 bills with messages over the "In God We Trust" to get fined $500 by the government, which they can by law do.

Try getting rid of any non essential extensions that you have. I had a ton running and it made Firefox slow to load, and slow to do just about anything.

Cheap seats is basically MST3K-movies+sports-theshadow+acouch and its sports...technically. The stuff aired on ESPN before..

Just imagine how slow this is gonna be when we get into the rounds for all 18 people..

(MUSIC FOLDER CAMEO POST) I would pay for downloaded music if it didnt take me 2 hours to download a 4 minute song, not including the pains of having my ISP disconnect me 54 times during that span and having to resume the download (or worse, have to restart it from the beginning). Im never going to get a speedy connection where I live so thats that.

All I know is, if theres a fire in the kitchen I work in, it better be bad enough to burn the entire city down before I pull the "foam grenade pin" out of the fire extinguisher system we have. By doing that, it shuts the whole place down for a minimum of a week to clean up all the foam because it litterally blasts a foot thick layer of foam all over everything (or so Im told), And being that its a hospital..thats not good. Id love to see people try to sit through that.

I saw this over on Joystiq (from some site called Spong) Believe it, or don't. There was a "counter" article from Eurogamer that pretty much contradicts this and says it will be just a GBA-SP-DX type thing with extra stuff added to the GBA-SP for the Same price and the GBA-SP reduced to $49. I dont know what to make of it, honestly. On one hand I think Nintendo almost has to release an equivalent version of the PSP this year, on the other hand I cant see them doing that having just released the DS. A Gamecube based GB makes the most sense because A)Huge game library, B)same disc form factor as the PSP, C)The Cube was pretty small as it was so it couldn't really be that hard to turn it into a portable. The whole "DS is gonna be a PDA that plays games" makes a good argument for them doing that, but its gonna piss off a ton of people who bought the DS thinking it was the successor to the GameBoy. Then again, Nintendo has always said that the DS was never intended to replace the GameBoy, sooo..you can go by that and say that they had intended from the start for the DS to be a PDA that plays games..But if this ends up being just a beefed up version of the GBA-SP, then its not going to be a huge enough annoucement to be worth any hype at E3 and people will end up being disapointed. *head explodes*
