I agree with what Mark Patrick said this morning on his show: Dan Marino is the most indecisive man in the world. On the NFL show on HBO he would pick one team (the Panthers for the Super Bowl) and then on the CBS pregame he would usually pick the other team (Pats for the Super Bowl). It wasn't just an isolated incident since he did it all season. He would probably hold people up in line at the grocery store trying to decide between paper and plastic bags.

Another potential problem is that at midnight theres gonna be probably 3 OAO News threads posted in a span of about 5 seconds because everyones gonna want to start it (until the novelty wears off). I think that the news thread should have to be started by a poster who actually has an item of news (like the Smackdown spoiler rule) to start discussing instead of "Heres the thread, post the news when you get it."

Ugh.. -The Brock/Goldbeard angle at NWO isn't that surprising. - A 3.7 rating is sorta disapointing considering the show was actually quite decent. - I thought John Cena wasn't really hurt that bad from the Rumble incident? - Big Show might be holding on to the US title longer if both he and Cena are hurt.

Bro, have you seen this folder in the last, I don't know, year? I find much of this stuff hard to follow since the thread almost always gets off topic. I think the daily news thread is a good idea in a big setting like this. Those of you who are just used to posting for the sake of it, well, get used to post something of worth instead of just looking for another easy post. That'll clear up a lot of these threads in no time. The threads usually get off topic either A) right from the start since no one cares about what was posted or B)After the topic has been discussed fully. I honestly would rather have 6 different threads about news items so that I could selectively choose what I want to read instead of having to sift through one long thread and all the posts for the same 6 articles. What would be nice is if the first post of the news thread is updated with all the of the current news items up for discussion. That would make the 1 thread for all the days news faster and better than the 6 different threads scenario.

The news thread thing is good in theory, but on a particularly busy news day (which don't happen often, but still), there could be many topics of discussion within the thread and it could get confusing. Also, I think that certain exceptions should be made for "BREAKING NEWS STORIES" to have their own thread. A suggestion is to have a pinned thread for buyrates/ratings since they get posted every week, and the first post could be updated with the new info (maybe in a list that could also show patterns over the weeks and such?) so that you wouldn't have to read the whole thread if you were just curious as to how the ratings were. Otherwise, Im fine with the rules...

Id also like to mention that there is a 4 week break between new episodes in March (New eps 4-5 am on the 2nd and 5-6 am on the 30th). Other than that break (probably for the college basketball tournament), its new episodes from now until the finale on May 18th.

Move Velocity to 6:00 (WCW Saturday Nights old time, good time for a show) and put the ECW show on at 10 or 11 and dump Confidential. I honestly don't think that they should call it ECW though. I think it ultimately be more successful if they used a few of the bigger B Show wrestlers and a larger group of unknowns or indy wrestlers. Tape the show from a static location somewhere so that they can tape all of the shows for a month in one night or so. I'd hope that they would limit the ammount of ads and mentions of RAW/Smackdown/PPVs but you know that won't happen. The biggest problem with this is that if the show ever did develop a big star somehow, they would be shipped off to RAW or Smackdown somehow.

The Raiders should have listened to me, at least on Anquan Boldin (100 Rec for 1,377 yards and 8 TDs and the only rookie in the Pro Bowl). He didn't go til #22 of Round 2, so they had 2 chances to pick him up, but instead they took NNAMDI ASOMUGHA and TYLER BRAYTON. They also passed up 3 chances for White, who was drafted behind the Raiders in the 2nd round.. If I took the Raiders again, I'd get to ponder the 2nd pick in the draft, of course, I really would like the Ravens, although then Id have to wait until like pick #41. What do I want to do..?? I'll take the Raiders just for the fun of picking #2...

The major problem I have with it though is when the ball goes OB inside the 5 yard line because the return team just let it roll out of bounds instead of picking it up and getting no return yards and stuck back inside the 5. I saw that happen a couple of times over the course of the last season.
