I just watched the debut episode. Veronica up to her usual tricks of, "oh my gawd, someone spoke out against the 3 holy trinities(Rachel, Veronica, Coral) and must be banished outta here" The Guys seem like they are destined to win again, as the women already can't get a long, and from the previews of the season, are too busy trying to jock for position with the guys then win a challenege.

actually the hippies and left wingers are the most likely to rally against this type of thing.

Turn on your speakers first before watching. Energy Drinks can be so....umm.....just watch

The easiest way to tell the difference with the 2 different American cuts is the pictures on the back of the box. If one of the pictures is someone getting their ribcage pulled out, then it is the uncensored version. That and it should say, "Unrated" at the bottom.
-
on Amazon they have it, but I can't find a rating on there. I have seen the R rated and the Unrated version, but I also heard there is an original international version out there somewhere(not sure if it is on DVD yet). I also know the movie goes by "Brain Dead" in other countries.

Rush apologized, because he insulted her, called her a Dog. Kerry & Edwards did nothing of the sort. -

Sad that it is true. -=Mike No, it's sad that you could ever possibly think it is true. -
Yeah....it kinda does. Unless you're the Red Sox (and I'm a Sox fan) Or the Washington Redskins I feel your pain. I went through it with the Baltimore Orioles. it just keeps hurting more and more..... I went to a game at Camden this summer while I was on the east coast...fantabulous stadium but, damn, the Orioles just got mauled by Oakland. I left in the seventh inning and it was 7-0...minutes later, I listened as the A's hit another 2 run homerun while I rode in the taxi. When I was 16 or so we were in Maryland, visiting family, and we scheduled it to see the Orioles vs. A's. I remember watching Giambi hit BP balls off the warehouse in rightfield.......WOW. Does Camden yards still have all that fantastic BBQ lined up, right as you walk in off the street?

Arnold? Speaking of which, one of the theaters here is going to be showing Going Upriver, Hijacking Catastrophe, Outfoxed (already seen it), Silver City, and "Uncovered: The War In Iraq" tomorrow. Whoo! Living here does have it's advantages. Damn you priveliged Bay Area folks.

Anyone know what Bernard Hopkins & Antonio Tarver are looking into next? I know for Tarver his option for #3 against RJJ pretty much ended, or severely went down in pocket money after RJJ got knocked out last month.

So since Indianopolis is my assigned team and they have a bye week, am I correct in assuming that mean I don't submit my picks this week?

Actually, I doubt there are many corporations that have the resources and means to partake of such a huge undertaking as the reconstruction of a country's oil program. Haliburton is one of those companies. Further, why shouldn't it be an American company getting the contracts? It was the US that toppled Saddam's regime, therefore it is the US that should benefit the most, not any foreign corporation whose host country was not in the coalition. well since the "liberation" in Iraq was supposed to benefit Iraqis the most, not american corporations. How about they hire some actual Iraqis to work then, instead of totally shutting them out of the process of rebuilding?

I've never heard of anything that exact. Maybe CIA admissions are crazy like that, but no employer for some company is going to shell out the dough for something really accurate. The company I work for now (a Kroger subsidiary) had me rub this swab thing between my cheek and gums, grabbing a few dead epithelial cells that probably went through the end of their time when I brushed my teeth that morning. THC is fat soluble, which is I guess how the test works, I'm not 100% on the specifics, but that's HORRIBLY inaccurate. I smoked like I always smoked, cut back, didn't even totally quit, for three days, and here I am working on my second year there. The warehouse is a fucking menagerie of tweekers, stoners, housewives with pill helpers, and drunkards that aren't allowed to drive to work. A perfect cross-section of substance abuse. It's fascinating. wow, you just described the warehouse I used to work at, although you forgot the part about 75% of the housewives cheating on their husbands with some various warehouse folk.

The OAO third and FINAL Presidential Debate Thread

you don't say.... They didn't the first two times. And why are the Dems so obsessed with Cheney's gay daughter? Can't we have a debate without blatant gay-baiting? -=Mike they didn't say it was an "out-right asskicking" but they tried to skew it like Bush won on substance, and Kerry won on style, when clearly Kerry won the first debate by a landslide. -

RNC sends a 'cease & desist' to Rock the Vote
NoCalMike replied to Rob E Dangerously's topic in Current Events
No, no one imagined anything, and sure it is probably a dishonest thing that "Rock the Vote" is doing(assuming they are not citing any facts and/or figures to backup their claims), however Rock the Vote is not the NEWS, they are just some organization trying to register people to vote, they can say anything they want to quite frankly, and if I am wrong, and they aren't allowed to, I'd think there would be a libel suit. But they are registering voters. To me they can spout all the crap they want as long as they aren't registering voters. well, TO YOU, a lot of things may be one way. It's not like I disagree with you, as far as what Rock the Vote is saying, but legally they aren't doing anything wrong, unless they are getting money from the government. If I went out on the street corner trying to register voters, I could say anything to them I wanted to, to sway their opinion, be it a boldface lie, or facts that help my argument, -

Basically what I am trying to say is, what "Rock the Vote" is doing is NO DIFFERENT then, the conservatives in the south sending out mailings saying, "If John Kerry is elected, Gay Marriage will be legal, and the bible will be banned" It is, ugly, dishonest, and flat our wrong, but there is nothing Kerry can do about it. -
