So I guess the Colts are the ONLY team in the NFL with some key injuries... Geez, it makes me sick to listen to Al Michaels run off excuse after excuse as to why the Colts played poorly today. As if they are the only team with key players that are out. He said something along the lines of "well give Indy all the credit in the world for still lining up tonight with a couple O-lineman injured" Umm, excuse me, why would anyone give them credit for that? Every NFL team does the same thing every week with key injured starters sitting on the sidelines.... F-ing unbelievable.

This could be a bigger widespread issue than the RROD. Aside from playing Blu-Ray discs, the thing that the PS3 was best at in the past year was collecting dust. I kid, but it's possible they had a fair argument. Apple has done the same thing with at least one computer that I know of, because the inside of a computer had crucial components caked with huge piles of dirt, hair and a rich, foul stench of cigarette smoke. Let's not even insinuate this reaches the stupidity and stubbornness of "things break." However, the woman he spoke to sounded like a huge TWA/T. Plus, a Mac can be opened and blasted with a good dose of canned air now and then. What are you supposed to do with a game console that, when opened, causes you to void its warranty? Well now there are reports about that story being fake and/or Sony saying the claim was false. Other folks have called Sony and the reps denied that dust voids the warranty.

Redskins continue their sloppy-ass second half play, and lose ANOTHER 4th-quarter lead. This team is better across the board then the 2006 squad, but they are showing that they are still not ready to compete with the big boys. A Playoff contender does not do these types of things over and over and over again. At least this is coming in a season where the NFC representative is surely to lose in the Superbowl.

I am at my mother-in-law's house for her birthday.....I think I set the DVR for this yesterday, but I am not sure of it. DAMMIT.

I wonder why they didn't make the guitar rechargable. Also, there seems to be something about the 2.0 firmware upgrade that is fucking up the PS3. Oh and Sony is saying that DUST voids the PS3 warranty now....lol http://consumerist.com/consumer/sony/dust-...3-warranty-3212 26.php

Ok, so what about the wireless PS3 controllers themselves. Do they charge when not in use, or do they have to have batteries replaced as well? EDIT: Nevermind, they do charge w/USB cable, but do the controllers come with the USB cable for re-charging, or is the usb cable a seperate purchase?

Yeah, my mind is about made up. I think when I purchase a PS3 next week, Assassin's Creed is what I am getting. I could get a second game as well, and just hold off on getting a second controller, which might actually be a good idea since Assassin's Creed & Ratchet & Clank are both one player games anyway. I think the wireless controllers are $50, which is just about the price of a game anyway.

I am more interested to see what history books will write about the citizens of America. At least in the 60's there seemed to be some type of effort to make a change and an informed citizenry out there. Maybe all that is just exaggerated because of our generation being brought up on films and music from the past and we think there was a lot more people out there making a difference then there actually was. I know the media should have a special place in the negative commentary of this generation seeing as how they ignore a lot of the protesting and anti-war counter-culture going on in America.

These guys gave Assassins Creed a 10/10 http://www.gamestracker.com/int/extmain.asp?idu=7933696

Without having read any actual reviews yet, it seems that the lowest grade I have seen it given is a B+ http://www.mrqe.com/lookup?no+country+for+old+men When does the film go wide? I can't wait.

From everything I have seen this game looks absolutely awesome. The graphics are amazing. Since I am getting a PS3 next week, 2-3 days after this game is released, I might have to forget about Ratchet & Clank until Christmas and buy Assassins Creed with my system instead. Of course, Ratchet & Clank has already gotten a bunch of very good reviews, and there is still the potential for Assassins Creed to LOOK GREAT but suck anyways. I guess I will just have to read a bunch of reviews on Tue/Wed and make my decision on which game to get then.

Just saw it. Was pretty good, but damn if it didn't open more questions than it answered.

Next Pizza Question: What is the dumbest name of a pizza place you have ever seen? In Sacramento we have, "Lampost Pizza"
-
Mike, I think those were semi-local chains. I miss Straw Hat though. Rico's was hit or miss with me but they did have the extra large pizza that could feed like 30 people. They sure do. One Pizza will take care of a child's b-day party. I should know I have attended countless ones via my Wife's family.

My mother-in-law makes the best homemade pizza I have ever had.

2 Questions: Is there ane xpandable USB hub/switch available for the PS3? I am buying the 40gb model next week, and the 2 USB ports will be filled upon purchase. Is the wireless guitar that comes with GHIII rechargable, or do you have to replace batteries?

Well Ron Paul is the only GOP candidate in favor of ending the war, so it affords him the luxury of being able to speak more freely on the issue because he probably figures that the War is the biggest issue so any republicans/conservatives out there who happen to agree with him will automatically flock to him, and then he can pick up some Dems or Independents who aren't paying attention to other issues. The thing that boggles my mind though is that for all the democrat voters/independents that find Ron Paul so intriguing because of his harsh stance on the Iraq War, it seems they are failing to see Kusinich basically saying the same exact thing, yet without all the crazy viewpoints on other issues that they don't agree with but for some reason are willing to look past.

Have you defragged? What is the capacity of your C drive?

Skins/Eagles is usually a close game. I trust the Redskins defense to limit Philly, however Washington's offense has been poor as of late. They rushed for over 200 yards against the Jets, but it was the Jets. If the Redskins running game stays on track, then it should help their flailing passing game. I'll take the Skins by a TD at home. Redskins 21 Eagles 14

So wait a minute here. Mr. 9/11 Rudy Guliani is accepting the endorsement from a man who publicly agreed with Jerry Falwell that America had 9/11 coming because of gays and abortion!?! If the media has the balls to bring that up, I wonder how Guliani handles it...

Anyone have Strawhat pizza in their area? How about Rico's Pizza?
