Damn my Windows Media Player and its inability to stream ANY wrestling radio shows.
-
Woo-hoo! Edited my post to reflect my lack of understanding sarcasm/irony, though.
-
EDIT: Nevermind. See above post.

Well, that was...weird.

I have to admit, that was pretty cool to show the fan with the "God Bless America" sign with the famous photograph of the NYFD raising the flag on 9/11..

The FTV match for tonight will be HBK v. Jannetty from Royal Rumble 1993.
-
So when the feud really end, then? At KOTR 2000, where the final title change between Rocky and HHH happened? Or at Summerslam 2000, where Rocky pinned HHH once and for all? (even though HHH had a semi-program with Angle at the time)
-
Winning the MATCH and winning the FEUD are two different things. Hunter won the Wrestlemania 2000 match, but he ultimately lost the feud (which most would assume was at King of the Ring 2000). Foley wasn't contractually obligated to stay as an active wrestler past Wrestlemania anyway. When was this? Kane won the FEUD, once again. He won the casket match on RAW, which was the blowoff to their feud., And who would face champion Booker be programmed with post-Mania? Not saying I AGREE with keeping Trips as champion, but I understand why they kept the belt on a heel. You had an easy program with two "new" faces in the title scene (Nash, Goldberg), while you had HBK, Kane, RVD and Booker behind them.

May be a silly question, but when are the regular season awards announced? Sometime this week?

Giambi...AGAIN.

3, to be exact - 1 with Montreal in 1997, 2 with Boston in 1999 and 2000.

Start McNair. The offense of Tampa won't be the reason that the 49ers may be in trouble. With Alstott out, along with others reeling from injuries, Johnson will be lucky to get anything going.

I always thought it was fall of 1993 since Owen was turning heel already at Survivor Series. They kept teaming up until the 1994 Rumble, where Owen officially turned heel. ...from cawthon's site - I edited my 1993 choice to accomodate this.
-
They count as strikes. If it DIDN'T count as strikes, most pitchers wouldn't have more than 30 strikes on their pitch count in an entire game.

He CRUSHED it.

As much as I may LOATHE Roger Clemens, I want to personally thank him for giving it his all for for the last two decades. I really wanted to see him pitch into the 7th alongside of Pedro.

Not only will the DVD's be inferior due to the compression (they seem to have TOO many matches), but the master footage they have can't be anything better than middle-grade VHS quality. I'll take a look, nonetheless.
