The problem with Cold Roses is that there is a lot of garbage on it. Chop it to a single CD with this lineup: Magnolia Mountain Meadowlake Street When Will You Come Back Home Cherry Lane How Do You Keep Love Alive Easy Plateau Let it Ride Cold Roses Dance All Night Life is Beautiful Tonight Then it's money. However, with the bloat on there it's probably 4 in his catalog...at least for me. 1) Gold, 2) Heartbreaker, 3) Easy Tiger, 4) Cold Roses. And any chance anyone can yousendit the suicide handbook? I don't have that one and am having trouble locating.

I bought them both but I'd buy this one too.

For the first time in years I didn't hit "Stop and Erase" on PTI without Mike and Tony. I love JA and I actually kind of like LeBetard. I think the ultimate B-Team is JA and Bob Ryan or Michael Smith and Bob Ryan. My ultimate B-Team is JA and Tim Cowlishaw (Top Cat vs. the Top Cat Killah) but I don't think they can get TC due to this other show's commitments.

Being a dog lover I am constantly hoping that Pixar makes a movie about that involves dogs, somehow. Ratatouille was awesome.

MMA Comments that Don't Warrant a Thread

Yeah so I saw Tamdan McCrory at the gym today. If it wasn't him, it was another lanky dude with a scruffy beard and glasses that looks just like him. He was three machines over from me when I was doing cardio. Luckily there was a hot chick between us so I didn't look like a total idiot looking over constantly trying to figure out if it was him or not. I'm 95% sure it was. If he wasn't doing cardio I'd talk to him but I know how annoying it is to have someone talk to you when you're doing cardio. -
Sylvia is off this card. He's not fighting until october.

525,000 units sold this weekend. Which is a remarkable number.

No. Pixar shows it's trailers a year in advance. Wall-E comes out Summer 2008 and I saw the first trailer a few days ago.

Last night's show was phenomenal. If anyone watched the first one and didn't like it - I suggest watching last night's on Demand and maybe changing your mind. I'm not expecting everyone to enjoy this - it seems like the kind of show you can watch with a room full of people and maybe 40% love it and the rest hate it. Real funny episode last night, though. The songs were great and the whole mugging interplay was hilarious. Not to mention Murray's management skills..."Brent, haircut? You don't know many musicians with long hair, do you?" "Ok, gigs. You want to play a gig at night? No - I won't allow it. It's not safe out there."
-
That Rhymenocerious and HipHopapotamus song was fucking hilarious. "Be more constructive with your feedback."
-
"You play your cards right and by 4:30 you'll be sitting on her face like a bidet." A+++ episode between Hopper, all the shit w/ Drama, Turtle and Lisa Rinna, and Billy Walsh had a brilliant 30 seconds.

A ton going on this week. I guess that John made all the metal heat up last week and that was the connection. Ed O'Neill great again this week, as was John with the Mexicans and all that followed. Can't wait to see what happens with Shaunie's porn star mom back to get him. And this episode was a lot better with him in it at a minimum.

It's from when he was at his writing peak. A LOT of LOL moments in that book.

Ryan Howard is the valedictorian of the Rob Deer School of Hitting.

Dan Uggla and Miggy got jobbed. Miggy should be starting 3B and Dan Uggla should be on the team. Obviously, King Hanley as well but I can overlook that due to the insane SS depth in the NL.

This movie was fucking fantastic. Not as cute and funny as the other Pixar films but far and away the best story. Got a pretty nice ovation at the showing I attended.

Well, McCrory is the only remotely local UFC fighter I've got. There's a lot of hype behind him, and I'm hoping that his poor performance was due to Octagon debut jitters. He still managed to sub a veteran so I'm really looking forward to his next fight.

Fight of the Year: Griffin vs. Edgar with the slight edge over Griffin vs. Guida due to the kneebar! Fighter of the Year: Urijah Faber (3 title defenses in 07) Best KO: Gonzaga over Cro-Cop Best Sub: Diaz over Gomi Worst Fighter: Ed Herman - on the fact that I hate him Worst Fight: Diego/Koscheck Best Interview: Rampage narrowly over Nate Diaz, but give Diaz time to overcome this and win the end of the year award Show of the Year: UFN was probably the best overall, but I really enjoyed all the shows this year Fighter to Watch: Tamdan McCrory - Ithaca NY POWER. Upset of the Year: Houston Alexander over Keith Jardine Weight Class of the Year: Lightweight

I love my dog, but he gets the floor. Although when he lays on top of me on the couch I don't get rid of him so I don't know... but the ONLY chair? Yeah... he's gotta go.

Anybody actually manage to brave a line and get one? I'm interested in functionality.

I can't believe Tito said that Dana is trying to bury him with the promotion of this fight. Dude is on EVERYTHING. He's really killing all the good will he built up on TUF3.
-
fuuuuuuck. I wanted him in Florida. I would have settled for Jacque Jones too, depending on who the A pitcher was we were giving up.

Bull. I hate this Simmons backlash that jealous bloggers are all about these days. I just read his draft diary and legit LOLed twice (Yi shoveling snow joke and the Sean williams 3 doritos bag joke). There's twice more then I can say for ANY other columnist on ESPN.com. Granted, he's a little stale these days but he's still the best out there.

Uncle Woody is being sued for sexual harrassment. Oops. Guess she wasn't a Woody Paige ninja.
