It's hard to make this determination for the simple fact that none of us has ever seem every wrestler/worker to ever set foot in the ring. But considering all the people that Ric Flair made look credible over his career, he's certainly one of the best workers I ever saw. Hell, he took on George South on WTBS in 1988 and had the crowd buying that South might pull off the upset, and South never won a match outside of the PWF in the Carolinas that I ever saw.
