Don't forget that Jeff Jarrett used it at least once shortly after Owen's death.

It was just for the match with Test the day after Owen died.

Oh...thought that he used it against The Godfather for his Intercontinental Title win as well.

He used Debra's women's title belt to get the win in that match.

Did Tito Santana ever wrestle as a heel? And, similarly, did Tully Blanchard ever do anything as a face?

Was there a reason the Davey Boy Smith/Berzerker match was left off WM8, or did they just run out of time.

I'm about 80% certain it was due to time.

Especially since Owen Hart/Skinner went about 45 seconds.

Yeah I actually have the video of that which is taped off the original broadcast of the PPV and the only thing that is gone is the 5 minute intermission but the video is still only like 2:45 which makes the PPV 2:50. I think they might have been able to squeeze in that one match but it could have been close so I guess the WWF decided not to go with it.

Thanks.

How did the Nation of Domination break up?

Fall 98. Rock starts getting major face pops and competing in higher-than-IC-level matches. Kama slowly transformed into the Godfather. Mark Henry & D-Lo started teaming. That was about it.

Throw in Henry & D-Lo jumping Rock during Raw. But they hadn't appeared together on TV for a while prior to that point.

1.) Does anybody know the date for the Hart Foundation / LOD match on the Wrestle Fest 91 tape?

2.) What were Rick Rude, Ricky Steamboat, and Ahmed Johnson's last matches in the WWF?

3.) What led to the Match Made In Hell at SS 91?

4.) Where was Shawn Michaels during Canadian Stampede?

5.) How did Shawn Michaels get the title shot at SSeries 97?

6.) When did WWF add in the tap out feature and who was the first guy to have a tap out loss?

7.) On the Rampage tape, was that the only televised match between The Undertaker & The Ultimate Warrior?

8.) How did the Flock come together?

3) The Hogan/Slaughter feud just continued over from WM7, and with Col. Mustafa now with Slaughter, Warrior was just added to the mix I think

4) Was this during the time when Bret and Shawn had a "real" fight in the locker room?

5) Won the Undertaker at Bad Blood in the HIAC match

6) When Ken Shamrock came in 97 and Vader first tapped out in an actual match. I think Billy Gunn was the first to "tap"

7) I doubt there was ever a singles match on TV between the two, so yes this is likely the only footage of a match between the two

4. Shawn Michaels "left" the WWF after a locker room fight with Bret Hart. He didn't return until the week after Candian Stampede.

7. Actually, there was a Warrior-Undertaker match held at Madsion Square Garden that was televised on the MSG network. IIRC, it was in July 1991.

^ According to the Undertaker in an interview he did (was it Off The Record if I'm not mistaken?)

Who was the first WWF wrestler to have a Titan Tron video (that's including the Pre-Titan Tron with multiple TVs put together)? Was it Bret Hart, THe Undertaker, or someone else?

I would guess Bret Hart, only because his was the only one I remember seeing way back, starting with the zoom down the aisle. I'm not positive, though.

The announcers were actually at ringside at WrestleMania I, The Wrestling Classic, and WrestleMania 2 (at least the Chicago and LA portions).

they have always done commentary at ringside in some form e.g for MSG shows and most PPVs and most Raw episodes. the only shows where they didnt were shows like Superstars and Challenge as they were never at ringside for any of those shows. But from 88 onwards they began dubbing in the commentary from Stamford and so the announccers weren't even there unless they filmed some type of angle that had to be at the announce table (e.g. Flair/Piper/Vince angle in 91)

How do the non-roman numeral wrestlemanias(2000,17,18, and now 21) go down in the record books?

Is the name just a gimmick to promote the event and the go back to roman numerals once the event is over? i.e. become XVI, XVIII, XXI, etc.

the Wrestling Classic was a PPV

The Big Event was a speical show recorded in Canada and later released on 2-hour edited home video. Some matches were also televised on Prime Time

I decided to try the $1000 trivia contest at InsidePulse.com, so I don't know the answers to these two questions. Maybe some people could help...

# 1 in 1980, long-time babyface/hero/rolemodel LARRY ZBYSZKO shocked, and I mean SHOCKED the W(orld)W(ide)W(restling)F(ederation) by turning Heel and SPITTING on the legacy of his mentor/friend, Bruno Sammartino! It was a DISGUSTING turn that ROCKED the fans to their very core! Yet, Larry wasn't through pissing on the fans! His heel turn was so shocking that his longtime friend/tag partner had returned from a "European tour" (ie: injury, rehab, jail, whatever...) to get in his face and say, "What is your PROBLEM, dude?" Well, Larry slapped him upside his head and kicked him around a little. Bruno came to the rescue, Larry split, Bruno helped the man up, asked if he was okay. The man grabbed the microphone and yelled, "DO ME ONE FAVOR!! TONIGHT, BREAK EVERY DAMN BONE IN HIS BODY!!!!" Within a few scant weeks, Larry Zbyszko broke Bruno's heart, the heart of the fans, and with the finality of the last nail in the coffin, the heart of the one guy who thought this was just a huge mistake and wanted to see for himself. So who was he? Who demanded that Bruno break every damn bone in Zbyszko's body? Who cemented Zbyszko as the most hated man in wrestling in 1980? Some of you might get this quick... others may have to do a little research.

# 2 However, Randy Orton's not the youngest WORLD champion in general, as two people were younger than him when they won the NWA World title. For your shot at $1000, tell Widro the answers.

For # 2, wasn't the Giant 22 or 23 when he won it? But that isn't NWA, so I'm guessing it doesn't count. I read somewhere else that the answers are AJ Styles and Tommy Rich.

1. That would be Tony Garea, who held the WWWF Tag Team Title with Zbyszko in 1978.

2. Tommy Rich was 21 for sure. I think Styles is the other one, although they might erroneously be referring to Lou Thesz's first reign as National Wrestling Association champion (I believe Thesz was 17 when he won that title).

Where did Flair beat Sting for the belt in 1991? I don't know if it was a TV Taping, or at a house show? Could I find it on tape anywhere? It would be greatly appreciated, mostly due to the fact I didn't here about it till now.

The match took place in East Rutherford, NJ, as previously mentioned, at a house show. They showed the finish on the Saturday Night show that weekend, so there was at least one camera present, but I have no idea if there's a copy floating around or not.
