Guest Memphis Report post Posted August 2, 2003 Anyone know anything about why the house show income isn't registering for me? If you don't have enough written workers to do house shows, you'll get no income from it. Hence, you need written workers to produce house shows. I tried it as WWE. They are all written. It seems like it doesn't register in any of the games I open up. I've had this same problem. Anyone here care to explain it? I have nothing BUT written workers, and I get ZERO MONEY off house shows. It's as if they don't exist. And before you ask, yes, I waited until the end of the month when they're supposed to show up. Nada. Is this a glitch or something? EVERY GAME AND DOWNLOAD that I try, that happens. Pisses me off to no end. Same situation with me. Guest Lightning Flik Report post Posted August 2, 2003 Ok. Firstly, if you AREN'T Cult or bigger, you can't get house shows. Secondly: You must have a certain amount of wrestlers under written contracts to have a house show. I believe the tally is at LEAST 10 wrestlers. It might be higher. If you want house shows that bad, sign 10 guys to totally written contracts. Problem is your only going to acquire about 300000 from it and that'll just PAY those 10 wrestlers for doing that service for you. That is, if you are Cult size. I never tried it with National as I went Weekly PPV with a National fed. Thirdly: if you ever run a fed with Weekly PPV, you will NEVER collect money for houseshows. As you can't run houseshows. I really have no need for him now, since I have plenty of wrestlers now. But, it wouldn't hurt having another semi over face on the card either. He also has a ton of relationships with ppl in my fed. Its not like he's in a fued or anything. -Unrelated note- Oddly enough I gained like 3 PI points the last month, and ended up losing those 3 plus 2 more during this month. I wonder why I lost PI after a PPV? Thank god I got a tv deal, or I would have been -8 for the month then. Edit- Hit the fire button and LaParka and Psicosis claim they will be very unhappy if I fire Konnan. LaParka isnt that over for me, and Psi skills are doing great in development. Hmmmmmmm......I don't know now, I feel I can make Psicosis a star when he gets out. Although I can always give the guy a title shot....may raise his happiness some. You have to wait until the first of the following month to find out how much money you made for house shows (like how you'd find out about the whole profit scenario). The guy has piss poor charisma, and when coupled with Kane (who is adequately compensated for charisma) I just cannot see your angles, involving only those two, paying off or working without one party losing overness. How in the hell do you get Van Dam over? I hate the idiot to begin with, but it's either him or Big Show to fill my main event slot and I'd rather Van Dam. Kane put him on the shelf for a few weeks, RVD came back and beat the hell out of Kane. I had a FCA match at Summerslam where Kane won, but RVD came back the next night and bloodied him. Funny thing is, I'm giving Kane the STICK~!, and he's DELIVERING! segments with him talking are, on average, in the 80s. I'm as shocked as you are, trust me. Guess they just click together.
