Guest Urine Sane Posted October 24, 2003 Report Posted October 24, 2003 2. Hans Gruber - Die Hard Great choice, I would have also had Simon Gruber in there, because he was pretty damn good too.
cabbageboy Posted October 24, 2003 Report Posted October 24, 2003 Where's the love (or in this case hate) for Tim Roth in Rob Roy? I actually came up with a scale of heel villainy based on his assholery in that movie. Kinda like the Muta scale for blading.
Lil' Bitch Posted October 24, 2003 Report Posted October 24, 2003 My top pick goes to Dr. Hannibal Lecter Yeah!
Dangerous A Posted October 24, 2003 Report Posted October 24, 2003 I gotta say Spine, I am disappointed in the lack of Darth Vader in your list. Darth Vader > The Emperor
Slingshot Suplex Posted October 24, 2003 Report Posted October 24, 2003 Frank Booth ....Blue Velvet.....'nuff said.
The Dames Posted October 24, 2003 Report Posted October 24, 2003 Seriously, why is Night of the Hunter and why have I never heard of it? Dames
Ravenbomb Posted October 24, 2003 Report Posted October 24, 2003 Night of the Hunter is the movie where the guy poses as a priest, and he's got 'love' and 'hate' written on his knuckles. I suggest you watch it, it's really great.
Dangerous A Posted October 24, 2003 Report Posted October 24, 2003 I've scanned the lists of everyone and they are incomplete. They will continue to be incomplete until they have David Lo Pan from Big Trouble in Little China!!!
The Dames Posted October 24, 2003 Report Posted October 24, 2003 Night of the Hunter is the movie where the guy poses as a priest, and he's got 'love' and 'hate' written on his knuckles. I suggest you watch it, it's really great. That sounds familiar as fuck. I think I might have seen bits and pieces of it when I was younger. Dames

Cherry Blossom Viscount Posted October 24, 2003 Report Posted October 24, 2003 Eh, none of these "villains" matches up to Col. Tavington. I mean, for christ sakes, he shot a damn kid!
NoCalMike Posted October 24, 2003 Report Posted October 24, 2003 Would Tyler Durden count as a Movie villian?

Toshiaki Koala Posted October 24, 2003 Author Report Posted October 24, 2003 I gotta say Spine, I am disappointed in the lack of Darth Vader in your list. Darth Vader > The Emperor Maybe, but EVERYONE likes Darth Vader and he's such on obvious choice that I found it unnecessary to put him on the list. And I completely forgot to add Bill the Butcher, who certainly belongs in the top ten.
Ravenbomb Posted October 24, 2003 Report Posted October 24, 2003 Eh, none of these "villains" matches up to Col. Tavington. I mean, for christ sakes, he shot a damn kid! He also ordered his troops to burn down a church. Maculy Culkin killed his baby brother in The Good Son, tried to drown his sister and push his mom off a cliff, and he wasn't much of a villain. But then, he didn't order troops to burn down a church, either.

TheOriginalOrangeGoblin Posted October 25, 2003 Report Posted October 25, 2003 Everyone forgot the most frightening villains ever: The Hillbillies from Deliverance Also Mr. Blonde from Reservoir Dogs.
