Nevermortal Posted December 25, 2003 Report Posted December 25, 2003 Number one for me... Shortly after Jeff Hardy gets released, he puts out the most bizarre message to his fans, EVER. Listen.
The Amazing Rando Posted December 25, 2003 Report Posted December 25, 2003 Most Bizarre to me... probably some of the wrestling deaths i just felt were bizarre and out of nowhere... ...oh...and the ending to HHH/Book at WM ...
Styles Posted December 25, 2003 Report Posted December 25, 2003 Roddy Piper coming out of nowhere to attack Hulk Hogan at WM. I did NOT see that one coming...
caboose Posted December 25, 2003 Report Posted December 25, 2003 Coach nailing Shane with a chair at Summerslam. Seriously, where did that come from?
Lil' Bitch Posted December 25, 2003 Report Posted December 25, 2003 Brock Lesnar coming up short on his SSP and landing right on his head. I thought his career was already over and then not only was he able to still move, he got up, and actually finished the match like nothing happened from truly one of the scariest moments in pro wrestling history. I was amazed at the miracle.

Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted December 25, 2003 Report Posted December 25, 2003 Brock Lesnar coming up short on his SSP and landing right on his head. I thought his career was already over and then not only was he able to still move, he got up, and actually finished the match like nothing happened from truly one of the scariest moments in pro wrestling history. I was amazed at the miracle. Maybe Brock had an adrenaline rush.....no I'm not being the "oooh adrenaline magic" type asshole. Bizzare moments........Spanky naked.
Lil' Bitch Posted December 25, 2003 Report Posted December 25, 2003 Jericho finally getting rid of his evil beard.
Guest Brian Posted December 25, 2003 Report Posted December 25, 2003 Was HHH beating Booker really that bizarre. Even at the live show, you could feel that as much as people wanted Booker to win, it wasn't going to change things.
Guest DeathBecomesYou Posted December 25, 2003 Report Posted December 25, 2003 Chris Kanyon singing a Culture Club song to the Undertaker was pretty strange.
Adam Posted December 25, 2003 Report Posted December 25, 2003 Top 3 Weirdest Moments of 2003 3. Glen Jacobs having only half of his hair and black shit all over his face after the mask got taken off. That was just fucked. Oh, and JR and King acting lie he was some sort of monster when he was just a normal guy. 2. Coach's heel turn. NEVER have I loved a moment as much as this. It screamed 'What the FUCK?' from every angle, and it surprised the hell out of me. I thought, and still think that it was the funniest/weirdest thing to ever happen on a wrestling show. 1. NM, you are SO right. When I listened to the Jeff Hardy mp3, I literally feared for my life. I swear, I thought Jeff was going to come through my window and kill me with an axe. That was some fucked up shit, and the Indian music and echoes just made it even more so.
Sonic Reducer Posted December 25, 2003 Report Posted December 25, 2003 Yeah, that Jeff Hardy message is odd. Nice twist on 'Release' by PJ, too. Haha.
Chazz Posted December 25, 2003 Report Posted December 25, 2003 My Vote Is Kane having "flashbacks" before his Title vs Mask Match with HHH this past Summer.
El Gigante Posted December 25, 2003 Report Posted December 25, 2003 Also Kane having flashbacks when he was talking about his ambulance match with Shane McMahon. When we saw it from his perspective as he was being loaded into the ambulance.
Guest JumpinJackFlash Posted December 25, 2003 Report Posted December 25, 2003 The way HHH beat Booker T I thought was wrong. It was Booker T beating up HHH, and then he grabs his leg in pain, and then HHH just pedigrees him. No kick in the gut, just the pedigree. Then, he lays down again for 30 seconds, and finally covers Booker T for the win. Whats worse is that in the Highlight Video, they didn't show the Houston Hangtime, which was an awesome move, that I've never seen before.
haVoc Posted December 25, 2003 Report Posted December 25, 2003 The fans booing the Rock. Only for Rock to return full blown heel and making the fans remember why they love him. It was weird, but fun, to hear the fans pop for him. Then boo him. Then cheer him on pretty much through all his matches. I can't remember. Did they cheer him over Austin at WM?
Guest Besus Posted December 25, 2003 Report Posted December 25, 2003 I can't remember. Did they cheer him over Austin at WM? Both got cheered.

Just imagine being there live. My friend and I took the adventure to Summerslam, watching the show and just marking out for the fun of it. We weren't too thrilled about that match, but then that happened, our jaws dropped the rest of the match. We kept bringing it up the whole show because it was just so random. It was one of the most confusing moments I've had in all the many years I've watched wrestling.
Corey_Lazarus Posted December 26, 2003 Report Posted December 26, 2003 Raven to get a push on Raw only to be released and show up in the NWA a week later.
Steviekick Posted December 26, 2003 Report Posted December 26, 2003 Goldust starting 2003 at the top of Raw and being released at year's end.

SuperJerk Posted December 27, 2003 Report Posted December 27, 2003 My Vote Is Kane having "flashbacks" before his Title vs Mask Match with HHH this past Summer. I'm still confused by this. I mean, come on! One brand of crack was Vince smoking when he approved that one?

Corey_Lazarus Posted December 28, 2003 Report Posted December 28, 2003 How did I know AS would say something about Angle/Lesnar?
Guest Anglesault Posted December 28, 2003 Report Posted December 28, 2003 How did I know AS would say something about Angle/Lesnar? I had to. We can not forget what a sure thing it was and what a mess it became.
Lightning Flik Posted December 28, 2003 Report Posted December 28, 2003 How did I know AS would say something about Angle/Lesnar? Meh, it's 'Saulty. Expect anything less? ...however, he HAS pretty much covered it.
