Oh I have one. In UHF, George ("Weird Al") dreams he is Indana Jones and this man points a gun at him. So he takes out his whip and slices the man's arm off. The wrong arm is shown on the ground because there was a miscommunication between the set and the art department. It's a good movie.

Diamonds Are Forever .. Sean Connery gets his car on two wheels to pass through a narrow alleyway, and magically exits with his ride on the other two wheels.

In Lethal Weapon when Mel Gibson and the guy jump off the building, the handcuffs break and you see the two stunt man vainly trying to grab hands with each other as they fall.

 

In "Three Men and a Baby" a cardboard cutout of Ted Danson was left behind a curtain by a propman and it started a rumor that there was a ghost on the set. I covered this in my 411 column once.

 

When William Shatner falls off the mountain at the beginning of Star Trek V and Spock catches him you can clearly see a thick cord coming out of Shatner's back holding him up.

In Twister after I believe it was the cow that hit and destroyed the windshield when they're driving through the tornado. When they pass the tornado all of a sudden the windshield is in perfect condition again.

In Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, when the background keeps changing every time they change perspective during the train chase at the beginning. I don't know whether it was intentional or not, but it was funny as hell.

How about in Haf Baked, It took me about the 3rd time watching to notice this. In the beginning of the movie when it shows the kid versions of the stars wlaking into the store to buy candy and stuff you see Brian with a tye dye shirt..........when he's leaving the store and walks into the window he has a completely different shirt on, different colors, different pattern.

The FINAL punch in Rocky V misses by a mile. Sad to think the last punch in one of the greatest series of all time (IMO, The Greatest) ends with a punch that clearly whiffs by 6-8 inches.

During "Becoming Pt 2" on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, when Buffy and Angel are fighting, there is an overhead shot.

 

You can clearly tell that it isn't Angel, the stuntmen has half of the hair Angel does.

In Ocean's Eleven when Linus (Matt Damon) is explaining Benedict's (Andy Garcia) day to Rusty (Brad Pitt), watch the plate of shrimp in Rusty's hand. It goes from a flat plate to a Shrimp coctail bowl, and back to a flat plate. Quite amusing how in one of the most integral scenes of the movie (right when Rusty finds out about Tess (Julia Roberts) being involved with Benedict), they couldn't be bothered enough to make sure they had the same plate in the scene.

Anaconda - When the crew decides to head back in the other direction, they claim they are going to turn the boat around. Yet when the camera goes into a wide shot of the boat in the river with the boat heading in the other direction, you see the waterfall flowing backwards meaning they just reversed the tape for that scene.

 

Wizard of Oz - the midget hanging himself and it STAYING IN THE first print of the movie.

 

Killer Klowns from Outerspace - when the long-necked clown comes out of the toilet, you see a portion of the guy's arm at the end of the neck puppet.

nope not true. this isn't one of those urban legends it is legit. Although it wasn't a midget commiting suicide like everyone has been saying lately, he just got caught in the lighting wiring and was hung, it is legit though, I will try and find a press release.

Nina just got shot by Jack and was saved by a flak jacket. She's in a barn and trying to dial CTU. During this scene a cameraman can CLEARLY be seen for about 6 seconds.

Another one of my favorite mess-ups is in In The Line of Fire. Now, with most scenes in a movie, you see the villain or character, a moving vehicle passes in front of him / her / them blocking your view, and when its gone, they're also gone. Well, a bus passes in front of John Malkovich and you can actually see his feet running after the bus.

In Lion King, when Simba firsts meets Timon and Pumba. The little meercat (can't remember which one he is) shoves a leaf full of bugs in Simba's face. When it cuts to a shot of the leaf in front of Simba's face, we see nothing is holding it up there, it just sorta floats.

 

Gandalf knocking his head on the beam in the Fellowship was a pretty good goof too.

Trish and Rob enter through the front door and immediately go to the basement. Then Rob fights with Jason in the basement and is killed. Trish runs out the door to another cabin to escape and Jason follows within 15 seconds. We even see him go out the door (in a memorably gory way).

 

But then, he throws Rob's body through the window 10 seconds later. Remember, Rob was killed in the BASEMENT. Of the OTHER HOUSE. Jason must have sprinted like a fucking track star to go back, get the body and lob it through the glass in mere seconds.
