Former All Japan Pro Wrestling Junior Heavyweight Champion Kendo Ka Shin was backstage at the RAW taping last night. Ka Shin did work a dark match for WWE a few months back but has not been offered a deal. He is looking for regular work in the United States. Ka Shin quit All Japan in January over political disputes with how the company was being run. Credit: PWInsider.com So to anyone that watches All Japan is this guy any good? And what kind of style does he wrestle?

If he makes it onto the WWE roster, I imagine they will either keep him as Kendo Ka Shin, or have it bastardized into simply Kendo. If he comes in without the mask, he'll probably be Ichiro, Hiro, Baka or some name along those terms.

Guest Jimmy Saint Posted March 12, 2004 Report Posted March 12, 2004 The problem with Kendo Ka Shin is there is probably 50 better juniors in Japan than him in terms of workrate. He has way more charisma than the average cruiser in the WWE though. He can be a master dickhead heel when he feels like it [witness him refusing to shake Stan Hansen's hand then threatening him in 02 getting massive heel heat in the process]. Problem is you need someone like Masa Fuchi, Ohtani or Lyger to drag a watchable match out of him.
