Guest Anglesault Report post Posted March 15, 2004 My God, who the hell did the poor woman piss off? Or is it just that she works for a company that hires complete moron to write Raw and he thinks it's funny/creative/interesting to make a pretty woman ugly? Should Molly just say "fuck this"? Or is she being paid well enough to just sit through it?
Karc 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2004 She should become the "Stone Cold" of the women's division. drinking beer and tearing other women's clothes off, then giving them stunners. She's a bald-headed "Straight-Out BITCH." It works perfectly. With Trish now becoming the Stephanie McSlut of the modern Era (which seems to carry the condition of screwing Y2J and making him look like a total fool), Molly is in a perfect position to become the top face in the women's divison. I mean, hair spray in the face? MEAN. Vicky's no longer a good gal in my book. Honestly, it's that kind of thinking by some drunken writer in the WWE that seems to justify this as funny, shocking, amusing, or worse-yet, money-drawing. buffybeast 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2004 Molly should get a nice sized ppv bonus. Plus it's not like they put an eye out. It's just hair, people. It will grow back.
Spaceman Spiff 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2004 From the Observer: Molly Holly has a neck injury, but worked all weekend on it. She's been in Louisville training and watching 80s and Japanese videotapes for ideas for her Mania match. The injury?s why she did only a 2:00 match with Victoria in Baltimore. This gives her time to get her neck checked out, plus heal up.
Guest Anglesault Report post Posted March 15, 2004 It's just hair, people. It will grow back. Her hair will return to it's old length in six months? A year? There is no justification for purposely making her ugly. It's not funny, it's not interesting.

There is no justification for purposely making her ugly. It's not funny, it's not interesting. That's what wigs and hair extensions are for. It really is not a big deal. It is no different than and actor/actress drastically altering their appearance for a movie. Sigorney Weaver shaved her head for Alien 3.
syxx2001 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2004 No woman on earth would want to be bald unless they were the "My mom hates me. She won't get me a pair of jeans even though she just bought me a new car and paid for my college 2 weeks ago" type of girls.
Vyce 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2004 What do you expect, AS? Gerwitz likely came up with this angle, and how exactly do you expect a man with the brain of a junior high school boy to write such a storyline? To people of his mental maturity, women essentially just have two flavors: sluts and ugly chicks. Guess which one Molly has to fall under?
Guest Coffey Report post Posted March 15, 2004 Let me just say that I was disappointed that Molly's head got shaved. I'll leave it at that.
Papacita 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2004 She really didn't look terrible with her head shaved. Plus she can always throw on a hat or something. Until I hear Molly complaining about it, I've got no problem with it.
Beast 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2004 Ok, first of all, I too am not that happy that Molly's head was shaved since I believe she is one of the most attractive women in WWE, in addition to being a great wrestler. But, we don't know if she had a problem with it. I'd be pissed too if she was basically forced to do this, but she is injured and perhaps she agreed because she would be getting some time off anyways. Just don't get bent out of shape about unless we hear something else. I think it would be cool if she was wearing a skullcap with a wig, and it was the wig that was shaved off. You never know. Nevermortal 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2004 Bah. I'm sure Molly agreed to it. I doubt she was held down at gunpoint and told that she had to shave her head at Mania.
IWD 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2004 I didn't think she looked too bad to be honest. Not that I'm into bald chicks or anything, but she wasn't disfigured or anything.
Guest DeathBecomesYou Report post Posted March 15, 2004 I ain't happy about it, although she doesn't look that bad, once she cleans it up i'spose it'll look okay. I just hate the idea that she has gone through with it against her wishes, i'll give WWE the benefit of the doubt (for now), but the thought of Nora Greenwald being really upset with her appearance is quite sad. I just really hope she gets something out of this, that's a huge sacrifice to make for a company that has no respect for you. Anyway, here's a pic...
Highland 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2004 I could understand if the real reason for it was she wanted to donate her hair to a good cause, like leukemia patients.
slimm44 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2004 She definitely got a huge bonus and I went crazy when she lost b/c i didnt think she would go and get her head shaved. Then I thought they would cut it like Kevin Nash. But they showed her practically bald after the ANgle/Eddie promo which made me happy.
Guest Quik Report post Posted March 15, 2004 I will never understand the Molly fetish. Never. Not in a million years. Victoria has a sweet ass.
Guest Choken One Report post Posted March 15, 2004 I thought Molly looked cuter Bald. She will never be a hottie bald or long hair either way... Who knows if she didn't come up to Vince and go "Hey, Can I shave my head?"... Shut Up and Complain about important shit.
Guest deadbeater Report post Posted March 15, 2004 Molly deserves the praise she gets. Don't mistake the reverence of her for mere fetish. That was no skullcap and wig. That was a going for chemotherapy haircut. Funny thing though: it looked like Mark Callous got Nora's hair from a transplant done backstage, hairdo and all. Guest Trivia247 Report post Posted March 15, 2004 Go ahead Blame the Undertaker for poor Molly....seems to be the excuse for everything that go wrongs.. Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted March 15, 2004 Whats everyones obsession with calling wrestlers by their real names? Does anyone here honestly know any of the people in WWE on a basis where they can? Or does it make people sound more important? To wrestling fans Molly Holly is still Molly Holly. I and no one I know knows her, so what business do we have to call her Nora or whatever her full name is. Edit: Holy crap my keyboard is not agreeing with me. It's not like actors, who play 10-20 or more different characters (in name that is) where someone is comfortable calling them their real name. But honestly, calling Undertaker "Mark Callous" seems too weird even if it is his real name.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted March 15, 2004 I hope its not true but maybe Molly has a...disease, that causes loss of hair, so she decided to shave it off completely. By that I mean maybe a treatment that causes hair loss.

I could be totally off here, but I vaguely remember Molly (or someone) saying in an interview that she really didn't care much about her outward appearance...citing some kind of religious reasoning. If anybody can verify this, help me out. I did just read something about her wanting to work with patients after she retires, so I wouldn't be too surprised if the cancer patient explanation was accurate. Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted March 15, 2004 oops you're right. I read someone elses post and it stuck in my head. See also: The time I fucked up in an injury update topic. BTW, you're right I believe. In an old WWF Magazine "interview", she said she doesn't really care about her appearence. She said she got clothes from SALVATION ARMY. LOL Or maybe it was a TV special.
