What are/is your dream venues/venue for WrestleMania?

 

The thread regarding WWE WrestleMania 21 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California, gave me the idea for this thread.

Some ideas, firstly, if WrestleMania were to occur here in Australia:

 

The State Sports Center

 

 

The Sydney International Aquatic Center

 

 

(Not bad, if not for the little dilemma of the pools and lack of raised seating, which somewhat demotes the thread's title)

I'll also concur - The Millenium Stadium does look pretty fucking awesome.

We have great weather for an outdoor event, even in March.

Well, since it is a dream scenario, I'd like to see one in Yankee Stadium.

Maracana Stadium in Brazil. 150,000+ for soccer. Imagine the attendance figure for something with as small as a wrestling ring in the middle of the place.

Maracana Stadium, in Rio de Janiero, "site of the first IC title tournament~!" It would be fitting to have a REAL event there for once...

 

It needs a great deal of renovation though.

If they want a UK Wrestlemania do it at the new wembley when it gets finished in 2006.

 

 

Ashburton Grove would be good as well but again it isn't going to be finished for a few years.

I would really like to see WM in the Roberto Clemente stadium in Hato Rey Puerto Rico about 37,000 capacity and my absolute dream would be for it to be in the Quisqueya Stadium in Dominican Republic....but that will never happen the first one maybe

Agreed about the Saddledome.

 

WWE in Calgary is usually awesome. Canadian Stampede in 97, fun house shows in 99 and 00, 5/28/01 Raw with Benoit vs Austin, SD in 02 with Edge/Angle in a cage, good house show in 03.
