This looks like a real good one. I'd give my strong reccomendations to order as all the matches look good and the Raven and Hardy stoylines are intriguing as well.

NWA WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS THE NATURALS VS. AMERICA’S MOST WANTED

The Naturals once again shocked the wrestling world last Wednesday, beating (some say robbing) AMW for the NWA World Tag Team Titles. Despite their impressive ability, Chase Stevens and Andy Douglas relied on battering James Storm with the title belts to get the quick win – an assault that Director of Authority Vince Russo was watching backstage. After the match, Russo informed The Naturals they would face America’s Most Wanted in a Double Ladder Match this Wednesday night live on Pay-Per-View! Hanging above the ring will be AMW’s ring gear – which The Naturals recently stole. If AMW can grab their gear and win the match, they get a Tag Team Title rematch against The Naturals. But if Douglas and Stevens win, AMW lose their shot!

According to Goldy, she used Erik Watts' money to "purchase" the services of Shelley, who is a talented newcomer to TNA. In addition to the match, one has to wonder if Raven will make his presense felt during the night, as the war between Raven and Sabu could reignite!

Ken Shamrock is such a fucking waste of money. I see few positives of actually using him as a regular on the roster. They could've probably signed 2 or 3 indy workers for what they pay him. The only positive I see is if he's here to be built up to put over Killings before getting kicked out. But even then he's already done that.

-Ten Man Guitar on a Pole: well, i'm no fan of the guitar gimmick. hell, i think that's pretty much agreed upon by everyone who watches Jarrett perform. GET RID OF THE GUITAR. otherwise, this actually looks pretty good. i'd much rather see this as Killings/Rhodes/Zbyszko vs. Jarrett/Shamrock/and one of the Elite Gaurd. James and Konnan just don't belong in main event matches. but with ten men in there, they should be hidden pretty well, and this match should be okay as long as Killings is kept strong, and there's no nonfinish. that's what i'm most skeptical of.

 

-Styles Wrestles Twice: Kazarian and Shane aren't the absolute best X Division guys on the roster, but they're in there with Styles, so this should be awesome. Shane and Kazarian are pretty good as a team, and Styles is God.

 

-Ladder Match for Jackets: not a good idea for a ladder match, but i guess we should be glad that its not Viagra or a Guitar in the stip. they're holding off on the title rematch, which is good. with the exception of the jacket idea, this seems like a good gimmick match. should keep up the AMW vs. Naturals fued, which is a good thing.

 

-Jeff Hardy: they've advertised it for so long without delivering anything, now i'm not as interested anymore. but hopefully Hardy will indeed show up, as this is his last chance in the storyline. i actually think Hardy could do well in TNA, so i hope he's signed and that he doesn't disappoint.

 

-Red/Sabin/xXx vs. Team Canada: y'know, its just not xXx without Ki. if they can't get Ki, i say Daniels and Skipper should hold try-outs for a replacement. anyway, this should be awesome, as it has a lot of the X Division's best workers.

 

-Sabu/Dutt vs. Abyss/Shelley: i'm already impressed with Shelley, as he reminds me of Styles. don't like the "Baby Bear" name, which TNA will probably drop at some point. Goldy as their manager isn't bad, b/c at least she's not fueding with Watts anymore (Watts for Shelley. that's a good fuckin' trade). Abyss is always good to watch, and Dutt/Sabu is a good team.

 

-Raven's Back!: the Raven vs. Sabu fued has been "paused", and i hate it when they do that. but he's back now, and it should be back ON. hopefully we'll get the standard Raven promo and he'll interfere in Sabu's match somehow. y'know, Abyss and Shelley would be awesome as Raven's stable instead of Goldy's. but that's just me.

 

OVERALL: counting Styles wrestling twice, there's only two one-on-one matches on the card. that's not so bad, as more guys get to be featured on the show. on paper, this show looks really fucking sweet. the storylines aren't that bad either, with a few exceptions here and there (based on personal tastes, that is). this could be a good one for TNA if they avoid the typical TNA mistakes.

Dusty, Larry, Killings, Konnan, James vs Shamrock, Jarrett, Collyer, Hernandez, and Oynx.

 

We have a total of FIVE.. out of TEN decent (in ring) workers in this match! And FOUR are on ONE TEAM! (Shamrock, Jarrett, Collyer, Hernandez, amd Killings.. Oynx is okay I guess..)

 

We better hope like hell that Killings gets most of the time for his team. Let Dusty take the hot tag, and do a few elbows. And Keep James and Konnan's time minimized. If this match goes 20 minutes.. break it down like..

 

Killings - 10 Shamrock - 4

James - 3 Collyer - 6

Konnan - 3 Jarrett - 4

Zybsko - 3 Hernandez - 3

Dusty - 1 Oynx - 3

 

 

That would be a good break down of inring time in my opinoin.. to get this match to a passable **-*** mach. Who knows, maybe this match will have a suprise, and be great? I hope.. but I doubt it. It'll prolly end up with Dusty in their for 20 minutes

my problem is, there is no REAL feud here. What is the main issue? Is it Russo/Jarret? Truth/JJ? Shamrock/Truth? Shamrock/JJ? Dusty and Larry/JJ? The Guard/3LK? There is too much going on, and not enough time spent to let us understand. I mean, why did Shammy hit Truth? (I think casue it was truth who beat him for the belt 2 years ago, but that's speculation)

 

They have so many potental top card guys and they aren't really using them. Truth is getting overshadowed by Russo and the "legends". Raven is in a shit feud with Sabu. AJ is back in the X Division (Which is a good and a bad thing at the same time) Even Monte and D-Lo could be top of the card guys in the right situation, but they're kinda just floundering waiting for their shot.

 

The Main Even scene is the worst division in TNA right now, hands down.

I would have to agree Voice. At least before Shamrock it had the semblance of JJ vs. Truth, with JJ vs Russo as the side feud, but now it's a giant blender of bad booking, and the Smoothie can't taste good. Nothing that they are doing at the moment will come out on the positive end.

 

I would love to see them sort this all out and start telling us the story in the ring and in backstage interviews. Having West and Tenay and the Videos in commercial breaks in Impact do it isn't enough.

here's my prediction... Truth gets the guitar off the pole, but Shamrock wrestles it away from him. Shamrock tosses the guitar to Jarrett, who smashes it over Dusty's head and picks up the win. cheap, ineffective, no one gets over.

 

now here's what i think SHOULD happen... Truth gets the guitar off the pole and quickly smashes the FUCK out of Jarrett. Shamrock tackles Truth while everyone else continues to brawl on the outside. Shamrock and Truth go at it while Jarrett lies in the ring unconscious. Truth eventually knocks Shamrock to the outside and goes back over to Jarrett for the easy pin (maybe he hits a top rope legdrop for good measure). it focuses on the main three guys. Jarrett's the heel, Truth's the face, and Shamrock's a psycho on his own. and Truth has a pin on the champ, which gives him some cred.

Like I said in the other thread; I don't think the World Title stuff is the focus right now so I have no problem with only a few guys being involved. The main concern right now seems to be the X Division and finally building up the tag division. If that means a summer of Jarrett/Truth/Shamrock then I can live with it for the short term.

The problem is, upon further thought, that there is no real focus. The X Division is kinda AJ against the World, and that's no real feud. (We are aparently at the blow off with Shane and Kazarian already...) Hardy coming in (If that happens) will do nothing but complicate matters farther. And the Tag scence is still boiling down to AMW vs. Heel team with everyone else left to put on good matches amongst themselvs, with no real goal in sight, becasue AMW will always come back to get the belts (and all the heat) in the end.

But most of these teams are new and need some airtime to get over with the crowd. Same with the X guys. Styles challengers beyond Kazarian and Shane are going to need buildup on the shows as well. And it's not their fault that Kid Kash is a total headcase and messed everything up.

I guess you're right. I mean, the matches are good/great, and to me that's what counts, but it's just frustrating when the entire company seems to be nothing more than a giant clusterfuck of talent, with no real meaning behind anything.

 

But who knows, it could get better this week and take off from there....

the main event could be good if jarrett and killings work most of the match have killings be isolated by the hells then it should all break down at the end with everybody running in on a side note i just watches a.j styles .vs. jeff jarrett from mid 2002 and larry zybyksyo{i know i havent spelt that right} looked in no condition to wrestle the same could be said for dusty but at least he can throw crappy elbows larry looks anoerexic.
