Earthquake told he has less than 2 yrs

Well 'Crappers i know you've been waiting for an update so here it is. The silence was due to the fact I was moving into our new residence a couple weeks ago. Well, I don't know how to say this other than I've NEVER been kicked in the balls as hard as I was last Wednesday. Thinking I was licking this thing I met with my chemo doctor ready to 'Quake the cancer. Well..... I now have a new tumor in my left lung, and two lymph nodes are enlarged in my heart. I go in for chemo tomorrow for a 4-day session.(The beginning of many) I've been given 13-18 months to live. I'm not giving up, and hope to of course live longer, but that is what I've been told, and that it is incurable. I don't really know what else to say, it really caught me off guard. I'll try keep you posted, but no guarantees folks. Thank you for all your kind support, and may God bless you all.

The Earthquake was always a guilty pleasure of mine, and it really always seemed like he was having fun when he was out there. It sucks that he's going to have to pass so young.

But after thinking it over, instead of "X" amount, it usually ends up being "X" amount + a few more months/years of living in fear.

 

The other way is thanking God for waking up for another day.

I agree with the above sentiments. Although, perhaps it would be better to send such thoughts to the man himself rather than posting them here, where he'll never find him? Does anyone know if he has an address of some sort for well wishes, etc.?
