milliondollarchamp 0 Report post Posted August 4, 2007 According to a Swedish newspaper, Peter Stormare has been offered a part in the next season of Lost. Peter confirms it in the article as well. He has until September to decide whether he wants the part or not. Source (in Swedish): http://www.aftonbladet.se/vss/noje/story/0...1132825,00.html The article seems to imply that the part is written specifically for Stormare. HollywoodSpikeJenkins 0 Report post Posted October 25, 2007 Lost curse strikes again... ‘Lost’ star Daniel Dae Kim arrested Actor is show’s third celebrity to be arrested on suspicion of drunken driving HONOLULU - It’s trouble in paradise for another “Lost” star. Daniel Dae Kim, who plays Jin-Soo Kwon on the hit ABC series, was arrested early Thursday on suspicion of drunken driving, reports The Honolulu Advertiser. While specific details of the arrest have not been made public, authorities said Kim was arrested around 3 a.m. and was booked at the Honolulu police station. The actor posted bail and was released at 5:05 a.m. Wearing a polo shirt and khaki shorts, Kim kept his head down and did not speak to reporters as he left the station and got into the passenger’s seat of an awaiting silver SUV. Kim is not the first “Lost” star to run in to legal problems. Cynthia Watros and Michelle Rodriguez were arrested on suspicion of drunken driving in December 2005. Both stars later pled guilty to the charges. Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje was arrested in September 2006 for driving without a license, however, the charges were later dropped. Other stars of the show have also run into their fair share of problems while on the island. Josh Holloway and his wife were robbed at gunpoint inside their home in 2005, and Evangeline Lilly’s rented home in Kailua was destroyed by fire in December 2006. Lilly and her two roommates weren’t home at the time. Copyright 2007 by NBC. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten or redistributed. milliondollarchamp 0 Report post Posted October 25, 2007 So, with the actor's DUI and Sun's death-by-pregnancy storyline, is this the end of the Kwons on Craphole?
dubq 0 Report post Posted October 26, 2007 Wow, actors sure are fucking morons these days...
Prophet of Mike Zagurski 0 Report post Posted October 26, 2007 I guess the only thing you can do on Lost Island is DUI. They should make an entire episode about it.
haVoc 0 Report post Posted November 24, 2007 What going on with Season 4? When does it start, how much has the strike affected it, are we going to get a few episodes then a long break as usual, etc? Being a fan of this show can be frustrating.
Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted November 24, 2007 Being a fan of this show can be frustrating. Truer words haven't been spoken. I love this show, but I can't remember the last time any show has dropped off so fast and significantly off the pop culture radar. It's like the true fans sticking around for it are kind of a cult or something now.
Obi Chris Kenobi 0 Report post Posted November 24, 2007 Starts in Janruary still, I believe, I think I read in the Writers Strike thread, that it might affect the season finale, but that's all.
dubq 0 Report post Posted November 24, 2007 What going on with Season 4? When does it start, how much has the strike affected it, are we going to get a few episodes then a long break as usual, etc? Being a fan of this show can be frustrating. They moved the season start date to Jan/Feb. The season now goes for 16 episodes non-stop and that's it. I believe they have 3 more seasons signed and then the show ends for good.

Mik 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2007 I'm dying to dig into the DVD but I need to get through 2 and 1/2 more seasons of The Wire before Jan. 6, so it needs to wait. It's sitting on my shelf staring at me, but no time to get into it now.
Craig Th 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2007 I'd only get LOST season 3 if I got it for X-Mas on BR. If I did get it on DVD, I'd ask very kindly for the receipt so I could exchange to get it on BR.
Matt Young 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2007 Getting the best show on TV on DVD is bad? Craig, you are a spoiled man. * * A spoiled man trying to justify his semi-accidental PS3 "purchase".
Scroby 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2007 Ok, so I'm finally catching up on Lost season 3 and I'm on the last two hours of the season but I'm curious...who or what the fuck is Jacob?
The Metal Maniac 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2007 Jacob is the Leader of the Others. He gives out all the orders. Yeah, I know that doesn't help much. You must've seen Locke go to his cabin, if you're on the last two hours. My personal theory is that Jacob is a man who is so attuned to the island that he actually went to some sort of higher plane, maybe became a part of the island itself (part of this theory holds that a number of the odd things people see, like Jack's dad and such, is actually Jacob trying to reach out), but as a result, he can't communicate with anyone who's not very attuned to the island themselves - like Ben or Locke. However, I also think Ben is a lying dickhole and he's not really doing what Jacob wants, thus Jacob wants Locke to replace him.
Scroby 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2007 Yeah the only thing I know about Jacob is the episode where Locke goes into the cabin and I've pretty much gathered just a little bit of information from there.
