AmazingRen Posted September 3, 2004 Report Posted September 3, 2004 It seems like most of HHH's WWE career he always needed someone with him. I not saying he can't over by himself because he can, but look the people he's been with since being in the WWE. Sable, Chyna, Steph, and then after his brief feud with HBK in the summer of 2002 it's been Ric Flair. Why does HHH always need someone by his side? Does Vince think HHH can't get over by just being by himself?
Mecha Mummy Posted September 3, 2004 Report Posted September 3, 2004 From January to like what, October or November 2002 HHH was alone 'till he got Flair, so there's one period of time. You're right that from DX onward he was frequently accompanied by/allied close with other people, though.
Guest Big Daddy V1 Posted September 3, 2004 Report Posted September 3, 2004 Now that you think about it, HHH really can't be by himself. I mean, if he were by himself, wouldn't half of his matches at least have the right finish.....wait, this is HHH I'm taking about, but still, did HHH REALLY NEED all those people by his side in the end?
cabbageboy Posted September 3, 2004 Report Posted September 3, 2004 When he first got there it seemed like he was by himself, but he wasn't over even the slightest bit. Oh, and what about Mr. Perfect? Wasn't Hennig involved with him in some way or other?
Guest Trivia247 Posted September 3, 2004 Report Posted September 3, 2004 As many here said that during his quad injure desire face turn phase, from Jan to pretty much till after he faced Hulk Hogan he was alone.
Guest Anglesault Posted September 3, 2004 Report Posted September 3, 2004 When he first got there it seemed like he was by himself, but he wasn't over even the slightest bit. Oh, and what about Mr. Perfect? Wasn't Hennig involved with him in some way or other? Hennig left the company in the middle of the program as HHH's manager, which many thing is the cause for 2002 Mr. Perfect.
RavishingRickRudo Posted September 3, 2004 Report Posted September 3, 2004 AS, are you saying he killed Curt Hennig?
Sideburnious Posted September 3, 2004 Report Posted September 3, 2004 When was he with Sable and what was the angle?
CanadianChick Posted September 3, 2004 Report Posted September 3, 2004 When was he with Sable and what was the angle? When Sable first debuted, she was one of Hunter's many valets. He blamed her for a match loss, Mero took exception, and then Sable was with Mero. They feuded over her for a bit.
Zack Malibu Posted September 3, 2004 Report Posted September 3, 2004 When was he with Sable and what was the angle? When Sable first debuted, she was one of Hunter's many valets. He blamed her for a match loss, Mero took exception, and then Sable was with Mero. They feuded over her for a bit. It was at Wrestlemania 12, when Hunter lost to Warrior in like 2 minutes. Mero was backstage being introduced in an interview segment, and they got into a brawl over Hunter's treatment of Sable.
Boner Kawanger Posted September 3, 2004 Report Posted September 3, 2004 Yeah, she was with him for one night.

Guest Loss Posted September 5, 2004 Report Posted September 5, 2004 Traditionally, when the company is solidly behind a heel, they'll have a stable or valet or manager or something. HHH is proof of that.
