He must have been drunk or on drugs to do something that stupid...fucking idiot. I hope his career goes down hill from here. Also, I LOVED that Lordi closed the show. Fuck MTV, I'm sure they didn't know what they were going to show when these guys came on. They fucking rock and I'm glad I saw them on the show!!! I don't believe I consciously think about modes when I'm listening to stuff, I just know I like that Moorish/Andalusian sound that you get from Phrygian. Evidently the Godfather music is in Phrygian. I did not know this before, but now that I think about it, I suppose that makes sense. And to tie this all together, "One More Cup of Coffee" is apparently in Phrygian-dominant, which explains why I was so positively giddy when I first heard it. I know this because every time I tried to download stuff by the drum corps of that name, I'd get "Last Kiss." EDIT: J. Frank Wilson was the guy. Man, get the Wikipedia toolbar.
