I never considered Seinfeld to have actual theme music. It might have had music that was sort of it's general segue music, and was sometimes played for like 5 seconds at the start of an episode...but i never considered that it's "theme" no matter how identifiable it is.

It's uplifting and catchy. I find myself singing along to it as well sometimes. These are the theme songs that stick in my head the most. Not necesarily my favourites but some of the ones I'll sing or hum along with the most.
