Robert Posted March 25, 2005 Report Posted March 25, 2005 Here's one: Ric Flair vs Ricky Steamboat. WWF- 1991. Flair was coming in, and Steamboat was laced with the whole real Dragon gimmick. I know Vince wouldn't give them 45 Minutes, but a nice 15 minute match would've worked.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted March 25, 2005 Report Posted March 25, 2005 :::WWF 1991 McMahon-mode::: Why would Flair face Steamboat? They've never ever faced each other. Is there some OTHER promotion or something? But you never know, ANYTHING can happen here in the World Wrestling Federation! Now let's get you down to the ring for Ric Flair Vs. Jim Powers! I would have loved to see The Warlord (in metal helmet/staff singles push) Vs. The Barbarian (in animal skin outfit singles push)...just me, though.
Guest Arnold_OldSchool Posted March 25, 2005 Report Posted March 25, 2005 Vader vs Shark Vader vs Kamala Vader vs Meng Aug/Sept 95 WCW
genius33 Posted March 25, 2005 Report Posted March 25, 2005 It is the year 2015, fanofcoils has somehow worked his way into being the head of a major wrestling company. He calls one of his wrestlers Kevin Nash to his office. fanofcoils: hey nash whats UP? I Have. A great idea for you. Nash: cool what is it? fanofcoils: I want YOU to NO SELL the PPV. Nash: what? fanofcoils: Yeah No sell THE? PPV Nash: I don't follow. fanofcoils: You don't fit with THE! wrestlers on the roster of the one this is. I think it would be weird for you to be at such an obscure PPV? So I need you to no sell the ppv in a couple of 7 days plus one fortnight. Nash: You want me to ''no sell'' the PPV? How do I do that? Just beat everyones ass and no sell them? fanofcoils: CONTROVERSY!!!!! No that would be very obscure of you to do the thing of what you just proposed upon me. I just saying that I don't think this would be a very obscure ppv for you to wrestle at. Now in 1998 it would have been so obscure because the way thing were going at the time of 1998 in that year you would have fit and it would have made more sense. Nash: ......so if you don't want me there but you want me to..........OH! Dude did you mean NO SHOW the PPV. fanofcoils: yeah, what is? the matter. was I not being clear enough in my explaination to you of the thing i've been trying to explain as to a avoid a way of controvery and continue our discusion in a non controversail manner. Nash: well, confusing no sell with no show is pretty fucking stupid. fanofcoils: listen if you are too stupid to understand the vibration from my vocal cords that create word so as a ? mean of my communication well I guess I'll have to explain it more clearly and more noncontraversail to you ILL HAVE TO SPEAK OF A MORE CLEARER TONE AND M U C H S L O W E R F O R Y O U ! ! ! Nash: No just explain how confused two completely different things that in no way shape or form relate to one another!!!!! fanofcoils: no sell is? a form of a move and i thought it was also meant to ignore an event of one you do not attend thus you are no selling it. Christ on a pickle how much more do you need me to explain myself to you. Nash: I'm going back to bed. HAHAHAHA!!! funniest thing i've read in ages, great job! keep it up, maybe we can get him to go away!
Guest news_gimmick Posted March 25, 2005 Report Posted March 25, 2005 Tito Santana missed out on WrestleMania 9 facing Papa Shango on the pre-show. LOL what a 4 star thread this has been, great job Stunt Granny.
Papacita Posted March 25, 2005 Report Posted March 25, 2005 Wow, this thread has been funny. I have no clue if this is what dude was trying to get at, but it would've been nice to see Mr. Perfect vs HBK for the title at Survivor Series 96, not just on the fantasy level, but also due to the fact that they'd been subtley building towards something between those two since Perfect came back to WWF in 95.
LessonInMachismo Posted March 25, 2005 Report Posted March 25, 2005 Vince McMahon not showing up at Slamboree '98.
Guest fanofcoils Posted March 25, 2005 Report Posted March 25, 2005 Wrestlemania III Kamala! Or fantasy: If they had a Summerslam in 1986, Hogan vs Kamala! I would want to see Kamala back then on a major PPV because those are the ones I buy and I am upset we never got to see Wrestlemania III Kamala. He no showed!
MillenniumMan831 Posted March 25, 2005 Report Posted March 25, 2005 Alex Wright --- WrestleMania 2 . . . He'd have been sweet in the royal rumble match they had against Kevin Greene and the rest of the NFL players. Even though Mongo should have won. It was his hometown.
CanadianChris Posted March 25, 2005 Report Posted March 25, 2005 Andre the Giant SO should have been ringside when his son beat Hogan for the title at Halloween Havoc 95.
Guest LooneyTune Posted March 25, 2005 Report Posted March 25, 2005 Frank Gotch vs. Max Moon at Slamboree 1995 would've sold way more tickets than that other match.
Guest cosbywasmurdered Posted March 25, 2005 Report Posted March 25, 2005 fancoil may have put things badly and acted like a total moron but it was still semi-obvious what he was talking about. Continue your circlejerk though.

JoeDirt Posted March 25, 2005 Report Posted March 25, 2005 Hulk Hogan and numerous WCW PPVs in 1995-1999. This thread is awesome, BTW.
Some Guy Posted March 27, 2005 Report Posted March 27, 2005 Vince McMahon not showing up at Slamboree '98. Vince actually did "no sell" that challenge on TV, though. His legal team didn't, but that's another story.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted March 27, 2005 Report Posted March 27, 2005 Chris Jericho's main event credibility no-sold WWE WrestleMania X-8.
4hartthreat Posted March 27, 2005 Report Posted March 27, 2005 I must say, I've always wanted to see The Warrior vs. The Renegade in a taped fists match at WCW Uncensored 97.
Guest fanofcoils Posted March 27, 2005 Report Posted March 27, 2005 I wish Jake Roberts, Ultimate Warrior, Legion of Doom, British Bulldog, Hulk Hogan, and Jimmy Snuka were at Wrestlemania X
WhenDanSaysJump Posted March 27, 2005 Report Posted March 27, 2005 I had to read the funniest thread in ages on the day I have no voice, didn't I... I sound like fucking Mutley.
EVIL~! alkeiper Posted March 27, 2005 Report Posted March 27, 2005 And he wonders why Dave Meltzer never answers his emails.
Guest PlatinumBoy Posted March 27, 2005 Report Posted March 27, 2005 Mr T vs David Arquette at SummerSlam 2003 for the European Title. I think SummerSlam 2003 Mr T is better than WM 1 Mr T or even Rocky 3 Mr T.
Guest MikeSC Posted March 27, 2005 Report Posted March 27, 2005 Jesus v Kevin Sullivan would be box office GOLD! -=Mike
Guest PlatinumBoy Posted March 27, 2005 Report Posted March 27, 2005 Jesus v Kevin Sullivan would be box office GOLD! -=Mike But is this Wrestlemania IV Jesus or Wrestlemania VIII Jesus?
Guest Shadow Posted March 27, 2005 Report Posted March 27, 2005 I wish Jake Roberts, Ultimate Warrior, Legion of Doom, British Bulldog, Hulk Hogan, and Jimmy Snuka were at Wrestlemania X Crackhead. Certified Whacko. Pair of Roid Monkeys. Roid Monkey being kept off thanks to his clearly roided body during the roid trials. Egomaniac who would've booked himself to go over yoko, lex, bret all at once. and a insane murderer. That would have really kicked ass.
Only The Strong Survive Posted March 27, 2005 Report Posted March 27, 2005 This thread is fucking retarded. FACT.
Guest Arnold_OldSchool Posted March 28, 2005 Report Posted March 28, 2005 Wrestlemania III Kamala! Or fantasy: If they had a Summerslam in 1986, Hogan vs Kamala! I would want to see Kamala back then on a major PPV because those are the ones I buy and I am upset we never got to see Wrestlemania III Kamala. He no showed! Listen Fool, Kamala (James Harris) was not booked at WM 3, so he didn't no show PN News not showing up for his match vsJeep Sweetan at WM 5 was inexcusable I must say though
Jericholic82 Posted March 28, 2005 Report Posted March 28, 2005 Tito Santana missed out on WrestleMania 9 facing Papa Shango on the pre-show. LOL what a 4 star thread this has been, great job Stunt Granny. poor tito, hes like the reverse undertaker at mania, 1-7 on mania ppv, and 1-8 if you include the wm 9 dark match.
Guest LooneyTune Posted March 28, 2005 Report Posted March 28, 2005 He won the Dark Match, making him 2-7.
Guest MikeSC Posted March 28, 2005 Report Posted March 28, 2005 Jesus v Kevin Sullivan would be box office GOLD! -=Mike But is this Wrestlemania IV Jesus or Wrestlemania VIII Jesus? WM IV Jesus dogged his matches and relied on the Baptism of Doom too much. WM VIII Jesus all the way! -=Mike ...Other notable no-shows: Mama Cass v Ham Sandwich. Michael Jackson v his ORIGINAL body parts Tupac v a hail of bullets...
