alfdogg Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 Or did the board just jump back in time by an hour. My post in the sports folder says 9:56 PM, which is impossible because I got off work at 10. What happened.
Your Paragon of Virtue Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 I had the same problem, but I didn't bother to say anything. Because you know...you know.
Ted the Poster Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 Hey Alf, that happened to me too! I got really nervous since there's no clock in my room, I don't wear a watch, the TV's on the fritz, I forgot the phone number to get the time, and for some reason my computer lacks a taskbar with the current time in the right-hand corner. I was curled up in a fetal position, rocking back and forth until my sister got home from school and I realized what time it really was.
MrRant Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 Someone tore a hole in space and time. I blame Bob Barron.
Golgo 13 Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 It's the Time Cube attempting to manifest itself.
Slayer Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 It's not the board, Alf. It's your state once again fucking around with the laws of time
admin Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 The time will be correct now. Instead of making every board member change the setting them selves for Day Light Savings time, and board admin will simply set the clock +60min when needed.
JHawk Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 The time will be correct now. Instead of making every board member change the setting them selves for Day Light Savings time, and board admin will simply set the clock +60min when needed. And for those who don't even know what Daylight Savings Time is?
admin Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 Then it doesn't matter then because they never set it in the first place. So the admin adding +60 during say light savings time will correct this.
Slayer Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 Clearly the solution is to abolish Daylight Savings entirely
Sideburnious Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 Remember that episode of Eerie Indiana where he set his clock back and he was in some sort of parrallel universe and he met himself as an old milkman...Good times.
Your Paragon of Virtue Posted April 24, 2005 Report Posted April 24, 2005 I just noticed what it said in KOOS' sig, and that is seriously fucked up.
Slayer Posted April 24, 2005 Report Posted April 24, 2005 That's a guy I want patrolling my libraries
Your Paragon of Virtue Posted April 24, 2005 Report Posted April 24, 2005 Man needs to be institutionalized....which institution depends on which party line you tow. I say the one for crazy people.
