ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted July 2, 2005 OK, inspired by how people are complaining about "Enter Sandman" being edited out of the ECW ONS DVD, I decided to make this thread. I left out some of the non-wrestlers, announcers, and the excess Diva Search girls. I put songs I thought would fit next to some name. Feel free to offer suggestsions (and links to the song if you have it) to add on. RAW Big Show: "The Zoo" (either cover, though I prefer the Dickenson version) Carlito: "Don't Worry, Be Happy" Chavo Guerrero: Chris Jericho: (Something from Fozzy probably would work here) Chris Masters: Christy Hemme: Danny Basham: Edge: Eric Bischoff: Eugene: "Eye of the Tiger" (He has a rip off of it, after all) Gene Snitsky: Heart Throbs: "What Is Love" John Cena: Kane: "A Violent Reaction" by American Head Charge Kenzo Suzuki: Kurt Angle: "Gonna Fly Now (The Rocky Anthem)" Lita: Mark Jindrak: Maven: Rene Dupree: Rob Van Dam: "Walk" by Pantera Robert Conway: Shawn Michaels: "I Touch Myself" Shelton Benjamin: Stacy Keibler (non-hero mode): Tajiri: The Hurricane & Rosey: "Dare" (from the Transformers Movie Soundtrack) Triple H: Trish Stratus: Tyson Tomko: Val Venis: Victoria: Viscera: "Can't Get Enough Of Your Love" SMACKDOWN Akio: Batista: Billy Kidman: Booker T Candice: Charlie Haas: Chris Benoit: Christian: Dawn Marie: Doug Basham: Dudley Boyz Eddie Guerrero: Funaki: Hardcore Holly: Heidenreich: "Imperial March" by John Williams JBL: Theme from "Dallas" Joy: Matt Morgan: Mexicools: "La Cucaracha" (To further pick on the stereotypes put against them) Michelle McCool: Miss Jackie: MNM: Muhammad Hassan & Daivari: Nunzio: Orlando Jordan: Paul London: Randy Orton: Rey Mysterio: Scotty 2 Hotty: Shannon Moore: Simon Dean: "Let's Get Physical" Spike Dudley: Steven Richards: Sylvain Grenier: Theodore Long: Torrie Wilson: Undertaker: "For Whom The Bell Tolls" William Regal: "Ode To Joy"

Reily? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Nope, the one from Boogie Nights is the same theme where Optimus Prime and Megatron have their climatic showdown. It's called "The Touch". Here are the lyrics. It's an ultijmate weightraining song. You got the touch You got the power After all is said and done You've never walked, you've never run, You're a winner You got the moves, you know the streets Break the rules, take the heat You're nobody's fool You're at your best when when the goin' gets rough You've been put to the test, but it's never enough You got the touch You got the power When all hell's breakin' loose You'll be riding the eye of the storm You got the heart You got the motion You know that when things get too tough You got the touch You never bend, you never break You seem to know just what it takes You're a fighter It's in the blood, it's in the will It's in the mighty hands of steel When you're standin' your ground And you never get hit when your back's to the wall Gonna fight to the end and you're takin' it all You got the touch You got the power When all hell's breakin' loose You'll be riding the eye of the storm You got the heart You got the motion You know that when things get too tough You got the touch You're fightin' fire with fire You know you got the touch You're at your best when when the road gets rough You've been put to the test, but it's never enough You got the touch You got the power You got the touch You got the power "Dare" is the Weird AL song that's shown towards the end of the Transformers movies. It's a comedy song. Here are the Lyrics: Put down your chainsaw and listen to me It's time for us to join in the fight It's time to let your babies grow up to be cowboys It's time to let the bedbugs bite You better put all your eggs in one basket You better count your chickens before they hatch You better sell some wine before it's/its time You better find yourself an itch to scratch You better squeeze all the Charmin you can while Mr. Wimpole's not around Stick your head in the microwave and get yourself a tan Talk with your mouth full Bite the hand that feeds you Bite on more than you chew What can you do Dare to be stupid Take some wooden nickles Look for Mr. Goodbar Get your mojo working now I'll show you how You can dare to be stupid You can turn the other cheek You can just give up the ship You can eat a bunch of sushi and forget to leave a tip Dare to be stupid Come on and dare to be stupid It's so easy to do Dare to be stupid We're all waiting for you Let's go It's time to make a mountain out of a molehill So can I have a volunteer There's no more time for crying over spilled milk Now it's time for crying in your beer Settle down, raise a family, join the PTA Buy some sensible shoes and a Chevyrolet And party 'till you're broke and they drive you away It's OK, you can dare to be stupid It's like spitting on a fish It's like barking up a tree It's like I said you gotta buy one if you wanna get one free Dare to be stupid (yes) Why don't you dare to be stupid It's so easy to do Dare to be stupid We're all waiting for you Dare to be stupid Burn your candle at both ends Look a gift horse in the mouth Mashed potatoes can be your friends You can be a coffee achiever You can sit around the house and watch Leave It To Beaver The future's up to you So what you gonna do Dare to be stupid Dare to be stupid What did I say Dare to be stupid Tell me, what did I say Dare to be stupid It's alright Dare to be stupid We can be stupid all night Dare to be stupid Come on, join the crowd Dare to be stupid Shout it out loud Dare to be stupid I can't hear you Dare to be stupid OK, I can hear you now Dare to be stupid Let's go, Dare to be stupid Dare to be stupid Dare to be stupid Dare to be stupid Dare to be stupid Dare to be stupid Dare to be stupid Dare to be stupid Personally, I love the song. As seen when hot rod and daniel are fishing then they zoom off to find megatron kill everyone. wow i suck. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yup, you're right. I just had a mind blank and assumed "dare to be stupid" was just "dare". I love both songs. Here are the Lyrics for "dare" Artist: Stan Bush Writers: Vince DiCola, Scott Shelly Producers: Vince Dicola, Richie Wise Arranger: Vince DiCola Engineers: Tony Papa, Jamey Dell Sometimes when your hopes have all been shattered And there's nowhere to turn You wonder how you keep going Think of all the things that really mattered And the chances you've earned The fire in your heart is growing You can fly, if you try leaving the past behind Heaven only knows what you might find Dare - dare to believe you can survive You hold the future in your hand Dare - dare to keep all of your dreams alive It's time to take a stand And you can win, if you dare Everybody's trying to break your spirit Keeping you down Seems like it's been forever But there's another voice if you'll just hear it Saying it's the last round Looks like it's now or never Out of the darkness you stumble into the light Fighting for the things you know are right Dare - dare to believe you can survive The power is there at your command Dare - dare to keep all of your dreams alive It's time to take a stand And you can win, if you dare Dare - dare to believe you can survive You hold the future in your hand Dare - dare to keep all of your dreams alive The power is there at your command Dare - dare to keep all your love alive Dare to be all you can be Dare - 'cause there is a place where dreams survive And it's calling you on to victory And while I'm on a roll this is a song that could be used for an entrance theme: Nothin's Gonna Stand In Our Way Artist: Spectre General Writer: Randy Bishop Producers: Randy Bishop with Spencer Proffer for Pasha Courtesy of Pasha / CBS Records Engineer: Hanspeter Huber Recorded & Mixed at The Pasha Music House, Hollywood, California The fortunate ones To be fast and free and young I want to count myself among The fortunate ones We won't be denied We know that time is on our side We've got the passion and the pride We won't be denied * This generations With fire in our eyes Strong are the ties that bind us We don't need no alibis ** Nothing's gonna stand in our way Nothing's gonna stand in our way Nothing's gonna stand in our way Not tonight We want it all And tonight we got the call We're running high but we won't fall We want it all We won't be denied Like a breaker at high tide We're gonna take this sweet joy ride We won't be denied Grew expectations Moments in the sun We've waited all our lives And now we know our time has come ** Repeat Nothing's gonna stand in our way * Repeat ** Repeat

Guest korndogg123 Report post Posted July 3, 2005 I know some of you might know this, but some of them already use real songs to an extent (i.e. Edge, Christian, Randy Orton, Benoit, Kane, RVD, HHH). Just because they're not played on the radio doesn't mean they're not real. In fact Finger Eleven plays Kane's theme at their concerts, Our Lady Peace has played Benoit's and I'm willing to bet Alter Bridge would play Edge's latest theme. I'm not trying to be a dick about this, I'm just pointing this out.

haws bah gawd 0 Report post Posted July 3, 2005 I've always thought that Step Up by Drowning Pool would fit Stone Cold perfectly. Just add the odligatory shattering glass to the beginning, change the order of the verses and chrous a bit, and its perfect. Here is a quick mock-up I made. The audio quality is shit because Im on dial-up, so I turned down the bitrate so I wouldnt be sitting here forever waiting for it to upload. I think a more-polished version of this would really suit Stone Cold. http://s48.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=2ZNRJVE...N115IANEYI7EAA5
