A hated agent saving drowning children right before ESPN debuts some retarded show about agents....

PUBLICITY STUNTS DONT EXIST!!!!

Seriously though, he could build a time machine and prevent the holocaust, if he was still Drew Rosenhaus, he'd be worth hating.

Rosenhaus does his job well? He does with his the best intrest for his clients? He gets his people to hold out on deals that have either 2-7 years left. Two years (Walker) and Seven (TO) and don't get me started on that fat sack of shit Grady Jackson. Doing one good thing doesn't overshadow being the NFL's most hated agent. He's pathetic excuse for an agent, and I wished that he would've been around in the 60's. I would love to see him pull this shit on guys like Lombardi, Stram and Landry.

Before ranting and raving about knowing what the best interests of his clients are maybe you should ask them? Apparently he's doing something right, or else he wouldn't be one of the most successful and often hired agents out there.

Yeah but he's taking the league on an even further downward spiral.

Pretty soon he's going to represent most of the league and they're all going to hold out after a productive year just to get a ton more money and teams won't have anymore cap room and teams will be filled with 3 overpayed superstars and a bunch of cheap NFL Europe rejects.

He's one of the most hired agents because the potential clients see his guys get signed to silly deals on the threat of holding out, so they think, "WHY NOT ME TOO?" Getting more money may be in the client's best interest but they also should look out for the LEAGUE's interest. Look at NHL for further evidence.

He is one of the best, but not he's best out there. I'd rather have the agent that Grady used to have, because he has alot more pull in Green Bay because he represents Favre. Didn't he have like over 60 players that he represented in the draft ALONE. Maybe, after he gets whatever trash he represents traded or a new deal. get them back into shape. Mike McKenzie was horrible after being traded to New Orleans, was torched on a common basis. He went from being one of the best corners in the game, to one of the worst. They either get injured and benched, so I guess that he really is helping the players he represents. I sent an e-mail to him when wanting him to become a sports agent, and here's what I got when I asked him about hold-outs:

"It's my philosophy that players will not hold-out."

"I don't insist for my players to hold out"

"I only hold out when the team has not gave the player a good contract."

"I do have a soul. I have a huge soul."

"I'm here to help players"

He also said the same damn thing on PTI in May. So yeah, he's just like the Poston Brothers (Ty Law's agent) but worse.

I represent kkktookmybabyaway, and he will hold out from TSM until he gets a better deal. His contributions such as "hippie," "commie," and the trademark ellipsis have become integral parts of this board's success, and he should be justly compensated for his efforts.

Yeah because the league/teams give a shit about the players. Every single team in the league would take the first chance they could to cut a guy that they felt was not producing anymore, why shouldn't the players get as much money as possible while they are seen as a productive asset?

By the way. How absurd is comparing an NFL agent to a demon or Hitler or a Nazi stormtrooper or whatever? Seriously that's just stupid.

The dude jumped into a pool and saved the LIFE of a 3 year old boy who was DROWNING. Christ you guys are ridiculous.

You have to pull his profession away from the person. As an agent, I think Rosenhaus is scum. I can't stand him from that perspective.

However, he is a good human being outside of being a sports agent because it takes motherfuckin balls to administer CPR to a limp child who might die. Most of you would crumble or freeze up if put in the same position. Give the man some credit for doing something good and keep the real person away from "Arliss".

I think Rosenhaus is probably a decent guy when it doesn't come to his profession. And the Hitler thing was made in jest. Lighten up. My point was that just because he's "doing his job" doesn't and won't stop people from hating him. He is screwing the fanbases around the country by forcing people to watch unnecessary drama between his clients and the teams.

Sorry but if I ever made it to where I could be succesful in the NFL I'd educate myself enough so I know what's in my best interest, I wouldn't pay someone to tell me what's in my best interest. That just doesn't make sense.

And I don't think he's a good guy either, he's shown he has a pretty overwhelming belief that money is greater than intangibles such as dignity, unity and greater good, and people like that usually have heavily flawed characters.

That is just such sappy nonsense. Pro sports is a business, not some character-building experience. NFL owners have shown absolutely no hesitation to dump players when it suits them financially. Rosenhaus just tries to serve them a bit of their own medicine.

What a great mentality, money over the game.

"NFL owners have shown absolutely no hesitation to dump players when it suits them financially."

And as we learn all through childhood, two wrongs make a right.

"Rosenhaus just tries to serve them a bit of their own medicine."

Yes he's a modern day robin hood, not some sleazy agent....

It doesn't take a high horse to choose integrity over money, if you think so, I feel sorry for you.

Its not about two wrongs make a right. Its about security. If you KNOW that the team won't hesitate to drop you on your ass if you get hurt playing for them, then you get your moneu, as much up front as possible and keep trying to get it.

If you show integrity towards something that will show none to you, that isn't noble. That is fucking retarded and you will always lose.

Most of these guys are going from making millions to making millions. What kind of security do they need?

"If you KNOW that the team won't hesitate to drop you on your ass if you get hurt playing for them, then you get your moneu, as much up front as possible and keep trying to get it."

Money, money, money, individual, individual, individual. The answer isn't reform the NFL poor policy, it's ask for ridiculous amounts of money and hold out from the team because they COULD drop you if they felt like it. Sounds like a recipe for success to me.

"If you show integrity towards something that will show none to you, that isn't noble. That is fucking retarded"

Showing integrity in ANY situation will always be noble. Come on....

"and you will always lose."

Yes because the number of players in the NFL struggling for security is just amazing....

I'm not feeling sorry for anyone who gets to make a living playing a game they love, let alone people who make way beyond what they need to live comfortably playing a game they love.

Shouldn't this be about a guy saving a young boys life? God, I'd hate to see what would happen if Triple H rescued an old lady from a burning building.
