slimm44 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2006 I disagree with Cena and Rey's standings. Got a chuckle out of the 'who to watch for' section they have listed 'God'.
Rob Anybody 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2006 So let me get this right - Rey Mysterio wins the Royal Rumble, wins the World Heavyweight Championship and then successfully defends it against Randy Orton on SmackDown, but he's not No. 1 in the world? Somebody better explain that to me.

Somebody better explain that to me. John Cena made Triple H tap out. In WWE world, that's worth a million points of credibility.
Just John 0 Report post Posted April 9, 2006 Why is Mickie James so low? She just pinned two divas who are nearly untouchable as faces in back-to-back days and got the title. And why is Matt Hardy on the list at all?
cabbageboy 0 Report post Posted April 9, 2006 I don't get RVD's placement here. I mean he actually beat Shelton in the MITB match and Benoit jobbed at WM....how is he below either of those guys? And no, being IC champ doesn't entitle Shelton to shit. Hell, RVD was #9 a few weeks ago after he jobbed in that IC match to Shelton.
dubq 0 Report post Posted April 10, 2006 Just when it looked like it was "game over" for the King of Kings, Triple H pinned Cena on RAW. Much to the delight of fans everywhere.

luke-o 0 Report post Posted April 16, 2006 Well when your suspended, its hard to win matches. especially with a "broken ankle"
DangerousDamon 0 Report post Posted April 16, 2006 Randy Orton After three huge losses in a row and a broken ankle, The Legend Killer is dropped from the POWER 25, capping what many believe to be his worst run as a professional yet. "That's a shoot, brother."
FroGG_NeaL 0 Report post Posted April 17, 2006 The suspension of Randy Orton has been the best booked angle this year.

cabbageboy 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2006 Gotta love Rey being the world champ and he gets put behind a guy who won a HANDICAP match this week. But Edge did beat the mighty HHH, so by divine right he goes ahead of Rey.
SuperJerk 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2006 Did Rey even wrestle this week?
claydude14 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2006 No but the Champions have always been one and two from what I remember regardless of if they wrestled that week or not. edit: Never mind. Eddy was #1 when he died and Kane was #2 and #1 leading up to the Elimination Chamber.
LivingLegendGaryColeman 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2006 I still want to meet the people who leave their golden comments: "What the heck happened? You guys got some set to just drop the Deadman off the POWER 25 completely. And then you put people like the Spirit Squad in at No. 14 and Mickie James at No. 19. I don't see it. I don't think it's just me." "Two girls in the POWER 25? This isn't Playboy."

Guest Fook Report post Posted May 14, 2006 That's pretty damn high considering he's been squashed cleanly for each of the past few weeks.
cabbageboy 0 Report post Posted May 14, 2006 What does it say about Rey when the IC champ is ranked ahead of him? When in the history of the world has this ever happened? The only time I can think of is after SS 92 when the Bulldog was #2 in the Pro Wrestling Illustrated top 10 (behind Ron Simmons I think!). I believe it was justified since Davey Boy had beaten Bret in that Wembley classic and Flair had just done a massive screwjob on Savage to regain the WWF title. Point is: Rey is a jobber. UseTheSledgehammerUh 0 Report post Posted May 14, 2006 Luger was ranked below the likes of Sting and Rude in early '92 when he was inactive.
Just John 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2006 In kayfabe, Rey deserves to be a lot lower than 4. His performances the last couple of weeks have been on par with the usual showings of Simon Dean and Funaki.
iggymcfly 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2006 This comment amused me: Between the SummerSlam commercial shoot and "officially" advancing to the King of the Ring finals, it has been a busy week for Booker... But not good enough to help him move up in the POWER 25.
The Amazing Rando 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2006 how else would you describe it? I mean, they COULD have just said "Between the Summerslam commercial and etc" without using the word and it would have meant the same thing...because honestly I don't see the Academy of Professional Wrestling Arts and Sciences being that subtle.
