Brett Favre 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 A question posed to Drew Rosenhaus during TO's press conference: Q: Drew, you have been TO's agent for 5 months now. What have you done for him other than get him kicked off the team? Get that reporter on ESPN immediately. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What was the answer?

MrRant 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 That's all that prick had to say was "Next Question". Oh, and promoting himself of course.
Guest Leelee Report post Posted November 9, 2005 I have to put you ignore now! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Shame on anyone for making New Nice Leena mad. But I like that line. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I wasn't mad. I just felt the need to bait Porter. I'm trying to stop doing these things.
Damaramu 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 This press conference was a fucking joke. TO and Rosenhaus are full of shit.
the pinjockey 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 I don't get how any player could want Rosenhaus to represent him after today. While I don't think TO was sincere, he at least appeared more sincere than usual. If it would have ended there, people might be willing to cut him a little break (doubtful, but still a little possible). But when immediately afterward Rosenhaus goes on his rant that destroys any goodwill that TO just built. What good does that serve the client to destroy what little is left of him? The best part of the PC was after the aforementioned "kicked off the team" question. Look at TO in the background after that question is asked, he has an ear to ear grin and winks at the reporter who asked the question. That can't be a good sign for the TO/Rosenhaus relationship. Fökai 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 You know, everyone that Terrell hated in the Niner locker room and coaching staff is gone; not to mention, the team is young and desperately needs a #1 receiver position that Lloyd can't fill. There's only a select handful of teams that TO would want for a quarterback-receiver situation (PIT, NE, ATL, KC) and NONE of those teams would want to lay a finger on him. Just saying. Vern Gagne 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 While I understand a agent is supposed to get the best offer for his client. I don't see how Rosenhaus has been anything but a negative for Owens. Being kicked off the team during the middle of the season. How does that help Owens next year? How does it help Rosenhaus. Have integrity in tell your client to stay quite and just play football. 2GOLD 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 T.O is sorry. Sorry he's losing 800,000 grand. Other than that, Owens ain't sorry bout shit.
Damaramu 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 Well fuck TO and the horse he rode in on. And fuck his little dog too(rosenhaus). Rosenhaus just stood there and yelled and made an ass out of himself. And he lies. He lies out of his ass and ignores the truth and expects people to believe him!

Matt Young 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 I like Terrell Owens. It's Rosenhaus who annoys the fuck out of me. T.O. is the greatest receiver in the game over the last few years, and I love the controversy. If I were on the team, I'd probably be pissed at him, but he's fun to watch on and off the field. Keep in mind that I was a Dennis Rodman superfan back in the day. Also, Loaded Glove- I love that sig.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Report post Posted November 9, 2005 He shouldn't be sorry at all. He's on a team of grown ass men, and if they can't take criticism and mean spirited comments from a coworker, they're crybabies.

Ripper 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 I still think that TO is in the wrong on this one, but he is the one that shows up to work and performs despite not getting along with teammates. That is actually being professional. If you can't be on a team with a guy because you don't like him, well you just need to grow the fuck up. Although TO did a wonderous job of making some of the teammates not like him, at the end of the day, Kobe didn't like Shaq, Isaiah didn't like Lambier, but they went out there and did what they needed to to win a fucking ring and hated each other later. The Eagles tanking the season to prove a point to TO is ri-goddamn-diculous. Fine the SHIT out of his ass, but keep your playoff and superbowl hopes alive for christ sake. Failed Bridge 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 Agent and Ripper appear to be ignoring the fact that T.O. started the physical portion of the fight with Hugh Douglas and then challenged the rest of his team to fight him physically as well if they didn't like him. Fökai 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 ESPN.com reported the fight between Owens and Douglas started when Douglas entered the team's training room Wednesday and said: "I know there are people in here faking injuries." Owens missed Wednesday's practice with an ankle injury, but returned to the field the next day. Owens and Douglas previously got into a verbal confrontation in training camp. That's a bitch move by Douglas, especially when there's already unrest in the air about what Owens had said that week. And Hugh Douglas talking about anyone else faking and milking injuries is rich. Fökai 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 Owens, McNabb and a whole host of other Eagles have a work ethic and resiliency that makes Hugh Douglas look like a little bitch. Just because he's allowed in the locker room doesn't mean that he should be able to be a "locker room leader" and be allowed to stir the pot and fuck the team up. Owens seemed fine with playing for the team despite all of his gripes, and the Eagles felt the same way.
Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted November 9, 2005 People joke about faking injuries? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> He said: "I know there are people in here faking injuries." That doesn't exactly strike me as Hugh Douglas storming into a locker room and starting shit. Just seems like a joke, and T.O. took it the wrong way. What's so difficult to believe about that? That doesn't exactly strike me as Hugh Douglas storming into a locker room and starting shit. That's how I took it. Really Hugh has no place/business in saying that, joke or not. I'd beat his ass too if I was T.O. Especially since it was clearly directed to T.O.

I just want to know where everybody stands.". Donovan clearly drew a line in the sand at that point. nobody is to blame for T.O.'s suspension and deactivation except for T.O. EVIL~! alkeiper 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2005 Of course, for all the talk of Terrell Owens being a cancer, his teams have made the postseason six times. Owens' teams have a career 93-58 mark. If Owens' presence hurts his teams, you wouldn't know it from the wins and losses. Quite honestly, I don't see what the hell Owens said that's bad at all. The Eagles would be better with Favre? Wow, adding great players add wins. What a far out concept. Donovan McNabb's having a down season? Yeah, he's injured. So what if Owens and McNabb don't like each other? They're professionals. When it comes time to play football Owens produces. I think the same can be said of McNabb. I agree with Agent here. I'm sick of the Eagles and ESPN constantly whining about what a pain in the ass Terrell Owens is. Grow a thicker skin. When Owens says something, come out and say, "that's fascinating, see you on Sunday Terrell." Then suit him up and throw him the damned ball. Jesus, you think a sport where grown men run into each other for three hours a week wouldn't involve so many whiners.

That's ridiculous. What would happen when he came back from the four-game suspension? McNabb would look like the biggest pussy in the world if he didn't throw to Owens. Come back to us in three weeks and see what McNabb is doing: getting his ass sacked onto the disabled list because his receivers suck and that he wasn't the bigger man about confronting TO with the rest of the team like he SHOULD'VE done.
