CanadianChris 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2005 I found Baseball Stars to be the best of the NES baseball games, if you could ignore that awful music that looped throughout the game. Great, now it's in my head. Shoot me.

AndrewTS 0 Report post Posted December 6, 2005 Castlevania 3 finally came in the mail. It isn't as brutally hard as CV1 could get to be, IMO, plus the control is much better than it was on the emulator I was using. I came close to beating Alucard on my last life, but then I died so I just scribbled down my password to try later.
Black Lushus 0 Report post Posted December 6, 2005 Castlevania 3's hardest level, IMO is when you have to scale the side of the castle on those blocks that fall in a pattern...after you finally get to the top, you have to traverse tons of stairs the whole time being attacked by those fucking birds we all love that fly at angles that make them hard to hit, since you can't jump and all while on the stairs...then when you reach the top, you have to fight 3 bosses (twin mummies, the charging cyclops with the big hammer and one other)...of course, there's no health pickup at all on the way up there...this is after you get Alucard, Andrew, if you haven't gotten there yet, closer to the end... Does indeed suck. The mummies wouldn't be so bad if they didn't CONSTANTLY FREAKIN' RESPAWN!! My problems with my front-loader seem to be temporarily resolved...with a small plastic bottle (used to have that disc polishing junk in it) jammed in so that my cartridge is held down in my NES. I at first thought it was dust, but I opened the NES and it's clean as a whistle. I mean, it's remarkable-looking considering it could be anywhere from 15-20 years old.
