From Scott Keith's blog:

So apparently I'm "on the radar" with Warner Books to co-write Chris Jericho's upcoming autobiography, but my agent is looking for stuff I've written about him in the past to sway the Warner people my way. Since I figure people on here know my stuff even better than I do, can anyone think of anything significant I've written about him in the past, outside of maybe match recaps and stuff, that might make them think "Wow, now there's a guy who should write that book"?

Ugh... Talk about a literal trainwreck if Scooter gets the job. Especially given his recent fuck you to readers via him having someone else review the Bret Hart DVD but put in the byline that he was the one doing the review........

Hell, he loves Jericho, and he can write. Could be much worse.

Yes, but Scott Keith is in DEMAND, baby. Hot property!

In other news, Jobber of the Week is getting an agent, because "if Scott Keith has one, then what the hell..."

I think Keith should also get a spokesperson like the President, who can answer the people who write to him in his blog, post on his blog for him, and when his wife is waiting at home pissed off he can send his spokesperson to hold a conference there and refuse to answer pressing questions.

I still check out Keiths blog every once in a while, and he seems like the type to me that although he says he doesn't watch taht much WWE anymore, he really only says that because that's the smark stniment at the moment, but secretly he watches every minute of RAW and Smackdown, AND downloads Heat and Velocity, and masturbates to it all.

Wait wait wait.

He has an agent?

Of course he does. Regardless of whether or not you like him, he's written three books that are out by a publisher that gets their books in most major stores. Without an agent you can easily get screwed over.

Would you rather have Scott ghostwrite the book or some asshole who knows nothing about wrestling?

If I gave two shits about Chris Jericho than this would piss me off.

Also, Chris Jericho = not with WWE. Scott Keith = not with WWE. What is this doing in the WWE folder?

I've actually never seen what Scott Keith looks like, but I'm very familiar with his writing.

I think most of us are familiar with his writing. DUD

Comment didn't rule the world or anything. *1/2

Can anyone link an image? I'm curious.

Scott the writer = pretty decent, I followed his reviews for years

Scott the TSM admin = douchosity

I haven't kept up with Scott since he left InsidePulse...or was it 411? I can't remember which one was last...my only real complaint with him towards the end was that you could really start to tell he didn't care for what he was reviewing and was phoning his reviews in all the time.

I'm actually a big fan of his. He does what everyone else does here; bitch about EVERYTHING.

You might hate him, but the man can write well.

Write well compared to? Seriously, I'd like to know what scale people are using when they say that this guy can write well.

Readers will be suspicious when "Jericho" goes off on ridiculous tangents and shoves red-hot pokers up people's asses, and when 30% of the autobiography consists of recycled match reviews from 1999.

:D thats true

BTW big pros for using a "Ghostwriter" comic strip That show used to rule back in the day.

Of course Scott is ugly, what did you expect from a guy who apparantly just sits in fron tof his tv and or pc all day eating doritos?

But I digress, since I used to enjoy his writing.

I actually still like Scooter, and find him entertaining, for whatever reason. But, he's really a terrible writer.

I can't really say anything bad since SKeith briefly had me writing on a site that people went to to read, not use a forum, and thus received e-mail and feedback and such. Really, I only find him good in small doses, and those doses are generally unrelated to match reviews. While I think my "review" of his second book in I think my first or second article here was positive, that was me selling out for a link in a Raw rant because the book was pretty poor, especially in light of real high quality books that come out these days (ex. Death of WCW). I also find spman and GQ's comments to be right on the money.

Rick Scaia > Scott Keith.

I still read Keith's blog from time to time just because I find irrational hatred somewhat amusing.

"I didn't watch Raw this week, but it really sucks, so I'm going to give you guys a thread to discuss it, even though I hate it and don't watch it."
