Enigma Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 From WWE.Com: Ted DiBiase hospitalized Earlier today in Stamford, Conn., Ted DiBiase collapsed and lost consciousness. He has since regained consciousness and will be held overnight in a local hospital to undergo testing.
Failed Bridge Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 That's what happens when you let a man of his age listen to the ideas of the WWE Booking Committee.
justcoz Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 Considering his father died in the ring at a relatively young age, let's hope that it's nothing serious and it's treatable.
CanadianChris Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 Oh shit, not another one. Considering how heavily into drugs he was at the peak of his career, let's hope he doesn't go the same route as Eddy (dying from probable drug-related problems long after he cleaned himself up).
Guest jumpingbombangel Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 God bless him. He was one of the "good egg" contradictory examples I always like to give when the subject is "old WWF superstars who fucked up their lives." I hope he comes out of it all right.
RavishingRickRudo Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 This was clearly a message from God telling Ted that he's in a very unholy place.
Guest Arnold_OldSchool Posted December 21, 2005 Report Posted December 21, 2005 This was clearly a message from God telling Ted that he's in a very unholy place. No one can top this. Close thread.
yankovic fan Posted December 21, 2005 Report Posted December 21, 2005 Well I hope he's ok. At least he can afford the medical bills.
Ced Posted December 21, 2005 Report Posted December 21, 2005 Thanks to WWE's recent shenanigans, I'm doubting if this is legit. That aside, I hope DiBiase is OK if it is legit.
Twisted Intestine Posted December 21, 2005 Report Posted December 21, 2005 This was clearly a message from God telling Ted that he's in a very unholy place. I know you weren't being serious, but there's Christians who really think like that. GOD I hate them.
Black Lushus Posted December 21, 2005 Report Posted December 21, 2005 what's Iron Mike up to these days?
Dangerous A Posted December 21, 2005 Report Posted December 21, 2005 Thanks to WWE's recent shenanigans, I'm doubting if this is legit. That aside, I hope DiBiase is OK if it is legit. Can't...tell..if it's work...or...shoot? AAAAGGGHHHH!!!!
MillenniumMan831 Posted December 21, 2005 Report Posted December 21, 2005 I hope they took him to the hospital that treated his papercut in 1987.
bob_barron Posted December 21, 2005 Report Posted December 21, 2005 Karma for kicking the ball while that kid was dribbling.
Guest Arnold_OldSchool Posted December 22, 2005 Report Posted December 22, 2005 I hope they took him to the hospital that treated his papercut in 1987. I feel bad for not getting this
Guest The Masked Avenger Posted December 22, 2005 Report Posted December 22, 2005 (edited) Considering his father died in the ring at a relatively young age, let's hope that it's nothing serious and it's treatable. Iron Mike was Ted's stephfather, so there are no reason to fear heredetary illness. -TMA Edited December 22, 2005 by The Masked Avenger
MillenniumMan831 Posted December 22, 2005 Report Posted December 22, 2005 I hope they took him to the hospital that treated his papercut in 1987. I feel bad for not getting this He got premium treatment at the emergency room for his papercut. Sadly, this is one of the few DiBiase vignettes I never saw.
Bruiser Chong Posted December 22, 2005 Report Posted December 22, 2005 The room is spinning... It took 11 posts for someone to be unoriginal. You guys are slipping.
dubq Posted December 22, 2005 Report Posted December 22, 2005 Has anyone seen any updates on this? I can't even find the story on WWE.com anymore.
Foshi Posted December 23, 2005 Report Posted December 23, 2005 I hope he's ok. I met Ted(along with Bret and Mick) recently at his Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame induction. He was a really nice guy and very patient. He even signed my wrestling buddy which just made my life since I've had it since I was 7. Best wishes to Teddy.
Mole Posted December 23, 2005 Report Posted December 23, 2005 Has anyone seen any updates on this? I can't even find the story on WWE.com anymore. I am sure if it got worse, they would have posted something.
Downhome Posted December 23, 2005 Report Posted December 23, 2005 The tragic loss of Tim White right after Eddie's passing was just too much for DiBiase, both emotionally and physically.
Si82 Posted December 23, 2005 Report Posted December 23, 2005 Has anyone seen any updates on this? I can't even find the story on WWE.com anymore. From Wrestling Observer: --Ted DiBiase is okay after the scare in the office on Tuesday, which is good to hear.
