Because they got rid of another contract with the trade Greg Anthony you fucking idiot. So they are walking away with Roy, Aldridge, Rodriguiez and a project to sit on the end of the bench all in the first round. And they got rid of some trash on the bench. They have had a great draft. Screamin A giving them a D for their draft shows how stupid they are.

I think that he had it exactly right: Portland made moves that they didn't have to make, in order to get players that they probably would have been able to get anyway.

So yeah, the Blazers probably didn't have to trade up to get Lamarcus Aldridge, but other than that they've had a solid day. That team is in disarray and at least there is someone in there who is looking to overhaul the roster.

He needs to drop the e out of his name, for obvious reasons. That pick was as far off the board as they possibly could have went.

Nothing's "wrong" with it; I'm just pointing out that they could have gotten Rodriguez with the 30th pick. They probably could have gotten him in the second round, and not have to pay him as much money. I think that the notion of them paying what they paid for a player that they probably could have gotten at half the price is silly.

In just a couple hours I will be an NBA player. It feels amazing to finally accomplish a goal that I have had my entire life. I know the real work is ahead of me and that being in the NBA will take a lot more of what I have done my whole life---practice, patience and more practice. Oh Darius
