Ultimate Fighter Season 4 the thread...

Recommended Posts

Hey Burnett if you think you hit a stud in the wall and bounced back 3 feet, you might not want to hit the wall in the exact same place.

They might want to let the guys out once in a while. I think they're starting to crack a little bit.

Shit them watching the last season's finale reminded me of how annoying I find Kendall Groves. Immature asshole. I had to go find his fight with Joe Riggs to make me feel better.

Anyone know when the next season starts so I can completely erase this one from my memory?

This fight sucked, instead of the lay and pray I'd say this one was hump and grind. The outcome was never in doubt, but couldn't the ref have actually enforced the rules and stood them up when NOTHING but forearm grinds to the cheek were going on for 30 seconds at a time?

The entire fight basically went as follows, they "traded" for about 10-15 seconds, Lutter would easily take Sell down, dry hump him while doing the aforementioned forearm grinds to the cheek, get warned that he needed to get busy, deliver a couple of close forearm/elbow shots to the face, then he'd switch positions only to go back to the forearm grinds to the cheek. Repeat ad nauseum for the bulk of 15 minutes. There were hardly any highlights to show since Sell went down as easily as a hooker every time Lutter shot on him. The worst fight of the season, and that's saying an awful lot.

boring fight, pretty much went as expected.

Sell: *jab, jab, taken down, oh fuck, what do I do now*

I wanted to see Edwin vs Patrick from day one. Should be a slugfest. I think Patrick will win, but I'm rooting for Bam Bam

Wonder if they'll let Dewees go 1.0 Muta this time...

One elbow to that forehead and Dewees is passing out due to blood loss.

BTW, the winner of Dewees/Cote.......

BTT Canada trainer/competitor Fabio Holanda said in a recent interview that he's training Cote for the TUF Finals so there it is.

These guys are all jobbers and none of them look dominant against a field of other jobbers.

Imaging these guys taking on Hughes, Silva, Franklin, GSP or any belt holder is hilarious.

At least newbie TUF guys have talent and can become big. Most of these guys are past their primes and will only get worse.

I'm glad Canada is finally represented. Too bad all the good Canadian fighters are french...

I still hold out hope for Mark Hominick. And we'll see how Jason Macdonald does in his next fight. I enjoyed seeing him choke out Short Fuse...

Chris Horodecki would vehemently disagree with your statement regarding the frenchies.

Down for "The Count": Visa Issues Force Bisping Off TUF Card

Tuesday, November 07, 2006

by Sherdog.com Staff

Michael Bisping (Pictures)'s anticipated return to the Octagon is on hold, the UFC announced Monday, after the light heavyweight winner of The Ultimate Fighter 3 could not secure a visa to enter the U.S. from his native England.

"The Count" was slated to face Canada's Eric Schafer (Pictures) Saturday live on Spike TV at the finale for TUF 4: The Comeback. No replacement will be named for the undefeated Bisping, who stopped Josh Haynes (Pictures) in June take the TUF prize.

Laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaame.

That was one of the coolest things I've seen.

You need to see it if you haven't.

I thought he was playing possum...
