Red Baron Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 Fuck you Rascal Flatts for ruining the Eagles.
Black Lushus Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 there's gloating and then there's being annoying, snuff... Yeah, death threats are nothing. Now gloating...that's really crosing the line. if you're a celebrity, watch what you say...
snuffbox Posted February 12, 2007 Author Report Posted February 12, 2007 Duh, that was bashing the President because... "If'n ya'll aint with us yer 'ginst us!"
snuffbox Posted February 12, 2007 Author Report Posted February 12, 2007 The two things that have actually prevented me from bulldozing Nickelback cds are that I dont have a bulldoze & I would have to buy Nickelback cds first.
Lord of The Curry Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 Fuck you Rascal Flatts for ruining the Eagles. Don't forget Tom Cochrane.
Red Baron Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 I forgot about that cover. Thanks for bringing it up again Curry
Black Lushus Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 man Chris Brown is super gassed
Edwin MacPhisto Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 The Eagles don't need any help being ruined.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 Tarantino wins the most annoying presenter award..
CBright7831 Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 Tarantino wins the most annoying presenter award.. He's aged like a son of a bitch
CBright7831 Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 AL GORE? RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN!!!!!!!!!!!
CBright7831 Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 Rick Rubin wins the "Most Thanked Music Personality" tonight.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 scarlett johansson is making a go at singing..lol..
CBright7831 Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 At least Timberlake didn't get it. Where's Eminem when you need controversy?
bob_barron Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 The Dixie Chicks documentary Shut Up And Sing was pretty interesting. A lot of the controversy they generated was funny. Was hoping Timberlake would win- oh well
foleyfanforever88 Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 Justin should have won Album of the Year. Not a huge fan of his, but he should have won it. I hate the Dixie Chicks and I hate when one singer/group sweeps all the major categories. It makes it so boring.
justsoyouknow Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 Could I see Chris Brown dance one more time?
naiwf Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 At least they gave everything to the Dixie Chicks and didn't try to spread the wealth. I stopped watching at 8:05 so I don't feel like I missed much.
Ravenbomb Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 When did Justin Timberlake start looking so much like Phil Collins?
Guest Oedipus Rex Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 I'm glad John Mayer beat Justin Timberlake. Continuum ain't bad for a John Mayer album. He's makin' strides. My apathy toward Justin Timberlake is well documented. What exactly does Rick Rubin do to earn such accolades? Just produce a lot of stuff? I've never thought of him as someone who really redefined the producer's role, like George Martin and Brian Eno.
2GOLD Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 The main question of the night is this: Could anyone REALLY tell the difference between those three women when they were singing? If I hadn't been paying attention to the screen, I am sure I would have expected it to be the same woman singing.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 Wii News Channel called this show the "Granny" Awards because a bunch of "VH-1 Headliners" won/performed.
The Man in Blak Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 What exactly does Rick Rubin do to earn such accolades? Just produce a lot of stuff? I've never thought of him as someone who really redefined the producer's role, like George Martin and Brian Eno. He's considered to be a big pioneer in rap/rock, due to his involvement with the Beastie Boys, as well as the Aerosmith/Run DMC collab. He produced Reign in Blood and Blood Sugar Sex Magik, played a huge role in Johnny Cash's career revival in the 90's, and co-founded Def Jam with Russell Simmons.
Giuseppe Zangara Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 The Eagles don't need any help being ruined. Why is no one else saying this, too?
PUT THAT DICK IN MY MOUTH! Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 I figured that Edwin put it so perfectly that there was no need to reiterate.
Edwin MacPhisto Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 You know what I do love, though? Joe Walsh's "In the City," from The Warriors. Silky smooth. Best Eagles-related thing that ever happened.
