I don't do indirect heat when I do my ribs. Just dry rub, put on some foil, put on low and then shut the head and don't open for about 1.5 hours. Brush on the BBQ sauce and do another 5-10 minutes or so.

Man, the Mexicans I've known have had the most kickass BBQ's and parties if you can stand the mariachi. I recall delivering pizzas to several of these and they've offered me Coronas before as tips in addition to money. These guys rock.
