RavishingRickRudo Posted October 3, 2007 Report Posted October 3, 2007 Studies have shown that 95% of Houses audience are, in fact, physicists. The other 5%? People who make up random, smart-ass, statistics.
Hawk 34 Posted October 3, 2007 Report Posted October 3, 2007 13 (Olivia Wilde) made the cut. That's good, she just adds to the cuteness quality the show already had. How could anyone hate on blonde Cameron?
Mik Posted October 3, 2007 Author Report Posted October 3, 2007 I actually wasn't a big fan of tonight's episode. A lot if it just didn't feel right and I absolutely HATED that pretentious blonde bitch who staged the carwash quitting. I hope Kal Penn gets the job. I don't really care about any of the other ones at this point. Next week looks really awesome, though. I wonder what causes green blood? Oh, and I am in the brunette Cameron club.
Jericholic82 Posted October 4, 2007 Report Posted October 4, 2007 I finally finished rewatching seaosn 3 on dvd, now last night I watched the season premire which I taped along with the 2nd episode. Glad to have it back. House with "Dr. Buffer" was awesome.
RavishingRickRudo Posted October 4, 2007 Report Posted October 4, 2007 I think we might need two threads for this season: one pro-blonde, one anti-blonde. I don't think I can post with people who are so outstandingly off in their assessment of Camerons hair colour.
RonL21 Posted October 5, 2007 Report Posted October 5, 2007 Ugh... I missed the first two episodes this season.. Anywhere i can possibly watch them?
mfn Posted October 10, 2007 Report Posted October 10, 2007 anyone pumped about tonites episode? i have it set to DVR right now...
Karc Posted October 10, 2007 Report Posted October 10, 2007 My interest in this show has been renewed. It's great seeing the little people get tortured by House. We need more of this.
RavishingRickRudo Posted October 10, 2007 Report Posted October 10, 2007 Man, the fucking shit with the fucking dude and his dog at the end there. What fucking shit. What manipulative pap is t.. Yeah I cried, fuck you.
HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted October 10, 2007 Report Posted October 10, 2007 I love my dog. That kinda hit me hard.
Boon Posted October 10, 2007 Report Posted October 10, 2007 A pretty decent episode. I think it suffered from having too much going on, though. Firing and un-firing each team, Foreman getting canned, Chase growing a pair, House electrocuting himself, and the raw emotion of the case. Just seemed like a bit too much crammed into the hour. Green blood was sweet, though. Sucks we have to wait two weeks for another episode.
Mik Posted October 10, 2007 Author Report Posted October 10, 2007 Wilson's good times line had me rolling. That was hilarious. So was the I love you line in reference to the pain killers. And yeah, the dog scene really hit me hard with my puppy laying on the floor right next to me.
mfn Posted October 10, 2007 Report Posted October 10, 2007 I loved the 'Big Love' joke. Did not see that ending coming at all. I have high hopes for this season, and so far it hasn't disappointed. Sucks that we have to wait 2 weeks though.
Ravenbomb Posted October 10, 2007 Report Posted October 10, 2007 what is this "two weeks" jarble? What's going on next week that's so important?
TheBostonStrangler Posted October 10, 2007 Report Posted October 10, 2007 The ALCS will be on FOX next week, and that'll pre-empt almost all of Fox's programming for the week, I assume. Thankfully, with the way the schedule is set up, it looks like the 23rd hits on the gap between the ALCS and World Series, or on a scheduled off-day, so we'll be good to go for House that day.
Ravenbomb Posted October 10, 2007 Report Posted October 10, 2007 Cool. I also liked the Synesthesia thing. Whenever that's a plot point, I'm interested.
HarleyQuinn Posted October 10, 2007 Report Posted October 10, 2007 The episode in two weeks looks awesome too from the preview shown...
starvenger Posted October 10, 2007 Report Posted October 10, 2007 The ALCS will be on FOX next week, and that'll pre-empt almost all of Fox's programming for the week, I assume. In short, it's not important save for the fact that Fox threw a shitload of money at MLB to air the LCS and World Series. ... OK, I guess it's important to baseball fans too.
devo Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 Black Mormon single father? How many tags they gonna stick to this guy?
RavishingRickRudo Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 ".. You're quite impressed with yourself, aren't you?"
foleyfanforever88 Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 I figured it would be the random other guy that would go, but I guess he'll go next week.
RavishingRickRudo Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 Cameron's ass in her ER scrubs is fucking amazing. YES. On a related note, Cutthroat Bitch is great. On an unrelated note, why the Eastern Euro accent?
starvenger Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 On an unrelated note, why the Eastern Euro accent? They explained that she was from the Ukraine. If your point was that it was rather arbitrary... well, I got nothin for ya.
RavishingRickRudo Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 Seeing as how the actress herself wasn't Ukranian, and being from there had little to no effect on the plot, it doesn't seem like there was any real reason for it.
TheBostonStrangler Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 They needed to have some reason that they wouldn't have access to her mother's medical records, so Ukranian descent seems like as good a reason as any. It wasn't offputting or anything - a total non-issue for me. Good episode so far - should be interesting to see what Foreman's return is like for the dynamic.
Ravenbomb Posted October 30, 2007 Report Posted October 30, 2007 Seeing as how the actress herself wasn't Ukranian, and being from there had little to no effect on the plot, it doesn't seem like there was any real reason for it. Maybe they wrote the character before they cast the part. And yeah, there was no reason for it, but it didn't detract from anything, so why does it matter either way?
