DrVenkman PhD 0 Report post Posted November 22, 2007 Anything good come up? Here's two from google groups - one is actually about me, and one is not (as far as I remember). Ever read the markboard opinions on PPV"s.. > "Thumbs Up > Best: Orton vs HHH (Last Man Standing) > Wrost: Punk vs V > I thought the show started out really good - the crowd > was hot (though mostly in anticipation for Jericho to > appear, which never happened) and the opening > HHH/Orton bout was pretty good. The 6 man tag match > was ok but seemed a bit sloppy (Murdoch thinking the > faceplan was going to be a suplex was pretty damn > scary). > Then everything was just kind of there and average (or > worse). HHH vs Umaga was a real let down but in > retrospect I can see why. Finlay vs Rey could have > used more time, though the PPV did end very close to > 11... maybe no pizza contest? > However, HHH vs Orton II was a really good match that > told a good story in the parameters of the Last Man > Standing rules. Excellent work that brought me back > into the PPV and made me happy I made the impulse buy > to see what would happen with the vacant title. > Stephen Gray > Steven ARE YOU ALWAYS THIS STUPID, OR ARE YOU TRYING TO IMPRESS US? > Your own damned words.. "Then everything was just kind of there and > average (or worse). HHH vs Umaga was a real let down" > AND yet your retarded ass gave it a thumbs up?? You stupid fucking > mark.. stupid bastards like you are the reason wwe never changes and > wont get any better.. > Stupid ass McZombie #2 debunked.. " That was from wrestlingobserver.com feedback to No Mercy 2007. The guy also ripped other people for saying HHH/Orton was a good feud, saying "Don't shill for McHH! You're obviously on the payroll" and other fun stuff. Someone responded "PWTORCH is especially obvious. Keller is really McMahon's bastard son." Moving on: WWF:The Great De-Wigged Jobber Incident: Anyone remember? The jobber was Steve Gray. He was wrestling Iron Mike Sharpe. The commentary from Vince and Bruno was funny as hell, because neither knew what was going on. They just couldn't see that Gray had suddenly gone bald! Anyone else being called out over google or things of that nature?

Then some Harry Potter crap written by a guy with the same last name as me (my first name is Harry).

King Kamala 0 Report post Posted November 23, 2007 I got an article about a 14 year old with my name who almost died from a deadly form of bacterial meningitis and a story about a high school football player with my name from New Jersey.
Jingus 0 Report post Posted November 23, 2007 For my real name, I get one link to a play I did sound tech for, and a couple of Classmates.com hits. Other than that, it's all cluttered up by at least two other guys who have the same name as me. Searching under Jingus I find some links to various message boards, a couple of pings on my indy wrestling stuff, and then a whole bunch of related things, like sometimes Genghis Khan's name is spelled that way. Annoying thing: apparently the word "jingus" is now some kind of urban slang synonym for bad or unwanted. That didn't come up the last time I tried this a couple years ago. I assume it's my fault somehow.
Nighthawk 0 Report post Posted November 23, 2007 Nice, I got this one. It's so vague I'm just going to tell people it's mine. And with middle initial, I was president of Dartmouth.
Jingus 0 Report post Posted November 23, 2007 A piece of art which, despite being well executed, gives a somewhat forlorn and fatalistic sense; plus it's difficult to tell exactly what period or place it comes from, which gives it an odd feeling of being possibly contemporary but hinting at infathomable depths of time. And then a quote from Oscar Wilde. Yeah, it's like it was custom made for you.
fazzle 0 Report post Posted November 23, 2007 Googling under Matthew only gets one result, and that's about..some sport, but I can't tell what, because it's behind a subscription site. Then Matt Przybysz gets me a bunch of stories about some rally racer. Who would have thought there'd be that much other shit about other Przybysz-es. Seriously, I was only expecting to find shit about me, and that's it.

DrVenkman PhD 0 Report post Posted November 23, 2007 IMDB also says I was in a movie called "The Lords of Magick". I have no idea how that even happened... it began as a joke 7-8 years ago when I was bored, young, and exploiting the fact they would basically add anything or anyone and gave myself a fake credit as a video game narrator. That was removed by someone else but somehow my profile (with proper hometown and birthday) remained on the site and got another acting credit.

CanadianGuitarist 0 Report post Posted December 6, 2007 We're talkin real names, I guess? I was gonna ask initially, but never did, then I saw JHawk's post. I wonder what would happen if we googled our TSM names. I'm sure there'd be lots of pics of Alex Lifeson and Eddie Van Halen, along with maps of Czechslovakia. But Hoff or Venkman or JHawk? Interesting.
