NFL Week 14 - Dolphins? More like LOLphins! Amirite?

Recommended Posts

I'm looking at gamecast and see that Shaun Hill is in at QB for the 49ers. Who the fuck is that? Apparently he played at Maryland.

This is what Anthony Smith gets for not respecting the Patriots.

I work with his brother. The only reason I won't run with this all week is he knows I'm a Browns fan and I'll hear "We beat you twice" as response.

Third-stringer/practice squad guy for Minnesota for the last 5 years. He led Maryland to the ACC title and Orange Bowl in 2001.

I love this line in his Wiki article -- "He took his first career snaps with the Minnesota Vikings on the final two plays of the 2005 NFL season, taking a knee both times."

This Pats/Steelers game was fairly predictable, even moreso when Smith ran his mouth for no reason.

Jets recover their onside kick and have the ball on the Browns' 20 with two minutes left down 17-12.

They looked defeated not a few minutes ago, so this is pretty freaking cool.

No idea what that was about. Maybe they feel they can run another successful onside kick.

Edit: No, not so much.

Odd call.

There ain't going to be much time left now, if they make the stop.

EDIT: Nevermind. But they'll be pretty deep in their own territory, if Cleveland punts.

I guess they figured they could have about a minute left if they held the Browns without a first down, since they still had all their timeouts.

Or they could miss about 6 tackles and let Lewis waltz into the end zone.

That was a slick run.

I SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO want both Pats and Fish streaks to continue next week, only for the chance that the Fish could be the ones to get their 1972 fore fathers to pop those champagne bottles.

Course the Giants need the win the last game of the year, so why not the G-Men.

I don't think I need an answer any more detailed than, "Because Eli Manning is at quarterback."

Guest My Pal, the Tortoise

The fucking Steelers are awful. The Jets are our only hope now.
