He fits perfectly with my team, and although there where others whom I wanted before him, I'm not at all dissapointed to be able to pick him. And for my next draft pick... Chuck Daly, Coach... Wanted him along... He is one of the best basketball coaches ever, and already has a great relationship with the player who is guiding my team (Isiah Thomas). Maztinho 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2008 Yeah but at the end if you are building a team to fit a certain style and get a coach with a different one that can hurt you in the end voting. Also like Czech said, "My coach can make my guys look better." So a pick after you have a coach can make more sense in his system or if he lacks in someway your coach choice could balance it out. I'm also making a point to take unselfish, self-motivated, like-minded players without any glaring character issues, so I don't feel like I need a guy to manage personalities or reign anyone in.
