Matt Young Posted August 25, 2008 Report Posted August 25, 2008 When was the last time there was a PPV poster shown on here that WASN'T thought by someone to be a fake? And when was the last time a fake poster actually did show up on here? And why is it STILL being questioned as fake when the source - WWE - was given? Because, as much as it pains me to say this- the rest of the board isn't wrong. Most posters in the WWE forum are stupid.
PILLS! PILLS! PILLS! Posted August 25, 2008 Report Posted August 25, 2008 It is kind of a stupid poster. It could be worse... Actually, it is worse:
Silence Posted August 25, 2008 Report Posted August 25, 2008 It could be worse... Actually, it is worse: Batista stars in The Shawshank Redemption 2!

Broward83 Posted August 25, 2008 Report Posted August 25, 2008 It is kind of a stupid poster. ...you wouldn't like me when I'm angry...
Hunter's Torn Quad Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 It's official - another scramble match added to Unforgiven ECW title will be a five-way scramble match with Mark Henry vs. Matt Hardy vs. Chavo Guerrero vs. The Miz vs. Fit Finlay . And there is still more to come. F4W
HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 No Morrison ? And if the Scramble is an Adamle Original, why is there an ECW and Smackdown one?
MillenniumMan831 Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 Cause Long/Guerrero ripped it off of Adamle I guess. And yeah, no Morrison is a mistake. Maybe Miz is in there to get pinned 10 or so times since he's from the Cleveland area. Though I doubt the fans will give a shit. No one cared last year at a SD taping. I'm thinking the ECW Scramble will have 5-7 changes while Punk's match will have no falls at all and HHH will pin Benjamin for the only fall of that match.

Triple H wouldn't need to pin anyone unless someone else got a pinfall first, as far as I understand it.
MillenniumMan831 Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 That's true but he'll pin Benjamin anyway.
foleyfanforever88 Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 That's true but he'll pin Benjamin anyway. *Pedigree on Shelton* "Still the WWE Champion, Triple H!" *Pedigree on Kendrick* "Still the WWE Champion, Triple H!" *Pedigree on Shelton* "Still the WWE Champion.."
Hawk 34 Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 Might as well have the two woman's titles up for grabs in a scramble.
Ravenbomb Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 And they should compile all the undercard wrestlers and do scrambles for the US, IC, and tag team titles. Unforgiven: Nothing But Scrambles.
fazzle Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 And you can't even order the PPV! The only way to watch it is on Scramblevision!
Silence Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 And you can't even order the PPV! The only way to watch it is on Scramblevision! Unforgiven should be renamed to Scramblemania. Hey, there's a Wrestlemania, why not another 'mania for WWE?
ashamed wrestling fan Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 It's official - another scramble match added to Unforgiven ECW title will be a five-way scramble match with Mark Henry vs. Matt Hardy vs. Chavo Guerrero vs. The Miz vs. Fit Finlay . LivingLegendGaryColeman Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 I was thinking a scramble would work for ECW due to the whole Miz/Morrison interaction with Henry/Hardy before Summerslam, but I don't like no Morrison in the match. Out of the team, I rather have Morrison than Miz , but I think both should be in the match. Finlay , in kayfabe, had a shot at the Smackdown one and lost, but still they need a face. Meanwhile, Chavo has been just jobbing to Evan Bourne and watching his bodyguard job to Evan Bourne, there is no reason for Chavo to be in the match.
King Cucaracha Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 So, this ECW Scramble is 2 minutes instead of 20, right?
haws bah gawd Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 I too am trying to figure out after Evan Bourne has been winning left and right, why he all of a sudden loses to the Miz in a championship scramble, and Chavo gets put in as well? I understand maybe Evan Bourne might not be 'ready' for a shot at the world title (even though he has been nearly pushed to the moon since his debut), but I really don't see the point of Miz and Finaly being involved either, when both have lame duck written all over them.
Scroby Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 I know Venkman is gonna get on me for this but the wrestlers involved in the match isn't official yet. I would wait until ECW airs or WWE actually announces who is in the match before we start wondering why so and so wrestler is in the match and why so and so wrestler isn't in the match.

They're looking to get the best match possible out of the ECW one and all those guys blend and mesh well with each other.
HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 If Miz is there, Morrison needs to be.
Enigma Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 Dave Meltzer said on last night's Wrestling Observer Live that WWE officials, especially Vince McMahon himself, were very put off by the physical appearance of Pro Wrestling NOAH's Takeshi Morishima, who is quite round. Some officials even felt that Morishima disrespected his tryout by showing up in "lackluster" shape. He is billed at 320 pounds. He defeated Charlie Haas Monday in Chicago, IL and Jamie Noble Tuesday in Moline, IL. On Tuesday, he was managed by Tony Atlas. WWE Hall of Famer, Harley Race, was responsible for getting the tryout matches for Morishima.

cd213 Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 So, it's ok for JBL to not be a muscular freak, but someone having a tryout must be?
Mike wanna be Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 Vince likes JBL. Vince already filled his fat "Japanese" guy getting a push quota.

Morishima is making a lot more than WWE performers are... edit: This is not to say Morishima really wants the WWE contract. He might be content working in Japan and the indies, but don't ever insinuate that WWE wouldn't pay him more than what he gets now.
King Cucaracha Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 Probably not straight away though. Hence, he'd be taking a paycut to sign.
USC Wuz Robbed! Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 Unless he makes more than 50,000 from Japan and the indies, no he is not.
