I really like the character progression and am pleased they went in this direction and not a bunch of episode 1 clones. Him telling his lackey after suggesting a screening of his comeback video "I think that's cool as shit" had me rolling. I hope it gets picked up for more with apparently only 2 episodes left.

It was my favorite part, at least. Nothing's gonna top the line Gina Gershon drops in the making-of special, though. What did she say? EDIT: Nevermind, watched the youtube link. Her line was... eh. There have been much funnier lines. How can he say Ferrel's character is out of Danny's head when it's a blatant ripoff of Flair. In the making of he even has the extended WOOOOOOOOO.

"That's my game - dickslapping is my game", to the premature ejaculation speech and reaction, to knocking his FUCKING EYE OUT, to Will Ferrell swinging the bat at the kids in the background while they are making out. Amazing episode and when they toned Kenny down it was really well done. Hopefully he stays toned down and doesn't go back to being the world's biggest dick now that he's throwing the heat again. I'm a fan forever after this one.

Chapter 5 was absolute gold, though Kenny and April hooking up so soon into the series is kind of weird. Ferrel is awesome in his role, he even did a "whooo" to go along with the Flair look, this week.

The scene in the truck was gold, as was his return into Kenny's life (even though he really never left). Sidenote-when my friends and I saw Friday the 13th, we nearly flipped out when Steve Jablonsky was credited for the music at the start. I wonder if that's how they got the character's name, since he is the band teacher after all.

What's more, my friend is actually a middle school teacher from Shelby, North Carolina. What the hell's going on here? The last two episodes have hooked me in. I'm interested to see where they go with it now that Kenny and April have hooked up so soon into the show's run.

You can customize a message to be sent to a friend from Kenny Powers. After telling a couple of things about them, the message is formulated and can be previewed on the site. The only problem I have had is that not everyone got the actual phone call, just a text message saying to expect a phone call from Kenny Powers soon. If it works for you, though, it's pretty awesome.

Everyone got a text saying "expect a call..." but only a handful actually got the phone call. There's a glitch somewhere, and it might be with phone providers. Anyway, if you can get it to go through, it's pretty nifty.

Yeah it's kinda suspicious the way they shot it, but then again maybe it was shot that way because Kenny has been so fixated on them through the entire series.

I'm almost glad, if that's the depressing case, that we got that ending. It works great thematically. Also, good call on the shot being an echo of Kenny's fixation on April's big cannons. We need to devote an entire discussion to the artistic integrity of nudie shots.
