Many of those sentences were poorly structured and would have been avoided by most sane English speakers. Yes, I recognize that it was a test and thus the most 'difficult' of questions were posed, but they should have used a more standard way of speaking in order to make it a more accurate test.

You do manage to speak better than most Americans, but then again, that's not really saying too much... Eh, I'm Southern, so we suck at English anyways.
