I like that idea: Let the Joker kills Dawes. This will *really* make things interesting between the two in the movie world. There's no way he'll ever get to kill a Batgirl or a Robin since it would take several movies to establish all those characters and their crucial elements and traits to give their deaths importance. But everyone knows Dawes was/is Batman's girl and letting the Joker kill her could give some major punch to an already historic feud. Plus, she works in the legal department so she's bound to run into the Joker somewhere down the line.

What's your thoughts on Batman, post-post Crisis? Will this story kill off the character or book for good you think? I like Morrison but if he tries to deconstruct Batman like he did with Animal Man (and the comic book itself) then I think he's going to alienate a lot of fans. I hope DC really does shake-up things *smartly* and doesn't leave around any loose ends...like the other 2 times they've done this huge x-over story...

I thought Hughs had always been single and never married. She's one of the best look girls in sports I think so I wasn't surprised to hear about her shagging some athlete. Anyone who sleeps with Shelly Smith is a desperate and troubled chubby chaser since Monica Nichols from ESPN is like *right* there.

I read that issue but I wasn't aware of any partnership between Johns and Morrison going on. I'm out of the loop...

It was, supposedly, Carolyn Hughs since the other woman in question apparently worked for Fox Sports. I was hoping it would turn out to be Lindsay Soto since I like Hughs.

I've never cared for his "creative" idea of revealing a super hero's ID to the public. Never.

Deuce Bigelow made money? That's just shocking to me. I thought people would be turned off by the unnecessary sequelization of another movie again.

Steve Carell? I take shits bigger than him. The Joker is supposed to be taller than Batman and super skinny. I like Carell but the studio could do better on a Joker choice. I hope Crispin Glover gets the role.

She's been protrayed as more flirtatious over the years in JSA than before when Giffen wrote her. Back then, she was a lot more tomboyish but Johns has smoothed the edges out. But yeah, PG's rack has always been on display.

Blame Geoff Johns for the augmentation. Since writing JSA, tit jokes and breast discussions PG has had with her male team members are all John's work. If anyone's guilty of making PG's tits into a spectacle, it's Johns. I doubt this is what Giffen had in mind for her when he was writing her into stories.

Wrestling'a performance though. It's staged while the results of baseball are (suupsedly) undetermined or pre-planned. Those guys juice themselves up so they'll look good and get a push. The guys in baseball will get juiced so they can knock balls out of the ball park's easier. Steroid use of any kind, in any sport or entertainment outlet, should be discouraged.

28 Days Later had it right. The Virus infected everyone but they could still run since they weren't quite dead (yet). As time went on, along with a lack of food, the bodies broke down and soon they slowed down and later withered away. The fast moving and slow moving zombies all serve a relevent purpose: eat and kill. Zombies should be fast at first bite but they should be slow if they're re-animated dead people (like, it takes days for them to come back) or else if they've been around for a while and haven't eaten fresh flesh.

No wonder the man wants to make a comeback then.

Drugs are bad, m'kay? Raffy cheated on the field while Lewis tried to work a coke deal off the field. In the sports world, Raffy getting caught cheating is far worse than Lewis trying to score some coke for a buddy. Getting involved with coke in any way is just fuckin stupid.
