Oh yeah....I understand about the penalties. Sometimes you'll be down a couple of TD's and you start making a HUGE ralley and suddenly penalties start flying like crazy. It's almost like the game is out to get you.

I dunno.......I always think that most politicians like to be made fun of on the show. I mean the characters are so far off from real life that I think it allows the politcians to laugh at themselves. I know I would if I was a politician and lampooned on SNL.

Post-lawsuit, yeah. But, when they did Maximum Carnage, I believe they still had the "offensive" Jello name. No it's Green Jelly on the game. I just popped the cartridge in and it said Green Jelly on the loading screen......

It was an attempt to "darken" Spider-Man and this was a total slap in the face to fans. It looked like nothing more than another massive Marvel x-over in the Spidey books and the backlash over the ending with Carnage also played a role in the (at the time) fan backlash the story got. Yeah they tried to darken the story lines but like i said.......they turned Spidey from a good natured hero to a braindead boy scout. And I believe the name of the band was Green Jelly.

My friend's got an entire bookshelf filled with Batman, Superman, Flash, JLA, JSA, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Sandman, Spider Man, Hellboy, Preacher, X-Men, and Stormwatch trades. Out of the 125 or so comics I own about 80 of them are Spider Man comics. So yeah......I need to branch out and he's definetly going to help.

Well I started a dynasty with SMU who only had a 2 prestige and was 0-12 last season. I went 7-5 my first season and recruited some nice talent. Then I had an absolute breakout star at RB in my second season that carried the team on his back to a 12-0 record, a bid to the Computers bowl and a dogfight that we won with NC State in that game. I was ranked #18 in the country and SI even made mention that I wasn't getting any respect. We'll see what happens this season though.

Yeah I watched that game it was some pretty ugly basketball on the USA's part. They didn't even look like a team.
