No no now... FTW was me, JD, NTD and Daemon. Anarchy was me, Bo, Suicide (Not to be confused with the Suicide King) and Grunge.

Question... do we need this thread any longer or can we just use the website Z gave us up above?

How would you spend your last day alive?
Kaertos replied to Dr. Tyler; Captain America's topic in General Chat
Spend time with my friends for a while, tell them all goodbye. Call my family (or at least the few of them I talk to) and tell them goodbye. Go to confession, get absolved. Spend the last several hours with my wife. -
Time. There are a couple of answers for this one. For one, just becuase the doors were locked form the inside doesn't mean anything. the killer could have forced the guy into the car, strangles him and got out of the car, letting the doors he had locked while in the car close behind him. One child hasn't been born yet, thus the sex is unknown.

Most of this sounds like BS to me. It almost sounds like SK was making stuff up to support his "HHH is power hungry and insane" and "Vince is looney" theories.

no chance it had anything to do with an actual good game developing over on MNF for once?

I seem to remember reading on Chud.com that they are working on a movie of this story right now. I'll see if I can dig up the link.

Total Days Holding an SWF Title

I hope that, at som epoint in the future, there will be enough people around and enough stables to re-activate the belt. That would rock. On the other hand, I would love to have those stats listed with the rest of the inactive belts. It's almost like we didn't hold them and shouldn;t talk about them. Which is a real shame considering the amount of time we put into winning and defending them. -
Having actually eaten some of Emeril's food once, I can tell you that it was awesome. On the other hand, I actually ate at Bobby Flay's restaurant, and it was very good, although there was more of an emphasis on presentation than I like.

Padme probably doesn't die in Episode III. I don't think Anakin falls to the dark side until after the twins are born. But, we shall see, eh? As far as how much time passes between movies, here is what the standard thought is: 10 years between 1 & 2 Probably like 3 or 4 years between 2 & 3 about 19 years between 3 & 4 3 years between 4 & 5 1 year between 5&6

From what I understand, it is a film quality issue there. The film was in such bad shape that they just had to color correct they best they could. As I remember, that was one of the last sequences finished for the movie, so my assumption is they rushed it a little and didn't get the color-correction right, which isn't suprising considering how difficult it was in the pre-digital era. Besides, I thought those of you who want to burn George Lucas in effigy becuase if the changes and insertion of CGI would be thrilled that he hasn't altered the original film in this sequence.

Well, part of the point of the prequels is how the Republic fell and became the Empire. Part of it was deft political maneuvering by Palpatine so we need to see it. Another huge part is that the Republic is just collapsing under the weight of it's beuracracy. So they need to show it. Personally, I enjoyed the prequels and I am looking forward to seeing that story come to fruition.

in fact, my wife insists that in the Special Edition, they either cranked up or added a "clonk" sound when the tall ST hits his head. One of my favorite little moments in the trilogy. And yes, it is still in there.

Thanks. I think I'll pick up a few of those. I have always been a big fan of the What If...? series.

So when do these hit?

I just want to wish him luck. It is nice to have a few noobs in the Fed who aren't afraid to use both italics and boldface with joyous glee.

And because I am such a nice guy, there is the schedule for the rest of the year.

If Shane isn't his real son, then they searched the planet to find someone who looked just like Vince to adopt. There is a strong family resemblance.

BL: I showed both the "Return of Darth Vader" and "Episode III: Making the game" featurettes to some friends, and all of them are psyched for Episode III, even though most of them were "Eh... I might see it" before. Very good promotional material indeed.
-
Ok, I know I am revealing my true inner geek here, but if anyone else has watched the "Return of Darth Vader" featurette... did you get goosebumps seeing Hayden puton the suit and walk up those stairs into a filming scene?
-
That sounds right. And Reed was a couple of years out of grad school, so put him at his upper 20's and everything looks good. Particuarly Miss Alba in that suit...
-
To be fair, Sue and Johnny were barely more than teenagers in the comic when it started.
